Problems with no hot water, inconvenient with no washer and dryer, I am handicapped and there were no railings on the 4 front steps, otherwise it wasn't bad

We had a good 2 night stay at this property. Mark was kind enough to let us check in an hour early.A couple of minor things for future guests to keep in mind: the property is a two family home and there is a ring doorbell at the main entrance, neither of which were disclosed in the listing. There is an interior door that leads to the other side of the house with wood paneling, but the lock is not on the guest side. While neither impacted our stay, transparency in the listing would’ve been helpful. Additionally, the sign for the WiFi password was left blank,and we didn’t receive a response from the host for the duration of our trip, so we were without internet on our devices. Overall, it was a good experience and a nice stay.

The best

Such a great and clean experience, owner was very nice and helped us with anything we needed right away. It’s also in walking distance to Dominican Village which was very convenient. 10/10 recommend

The house is nice but small. The water pressure in the shower is not good. It takes quite a while to adjust. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Terrible service, Poor communication Electric line wasn’t working,Stove turned on & off auto. Asked them for fixing it ,despite of fixing stove problem they charged us $700 . We booked property for 1 week. we had to buy food from outside. Don’t rent. It’s scam. They are scammers

Confused

The manager did me a favor by letting me check in early. I did not like the fact that the sink was broke in the bathroom. But when I left Mark called me to complain about me not cleaning the house but I thought I paid for someone to do that. It was unmade beds, a few dish in the sink , stuff on table but it was not trash my thing if I paid for cleaning why would he confront me about anything unless there was know cleaning company.

House was clean and bedrooms were comfy. Bathroom a bit small but I liked that the tub had jets but we didnt have time to use it unfortunately. Clean dishes were left in strainer but house was clean and served it purpose.
