Located just 20-30 minutes from Downtown Blue Ridge and its renowned Mercier Orchards, Blue Ridge Lake & Marina, Serenity Spa, Aska Trails, and Toccoa River, Casa Con Vista makes it easy to balance outdoor adventure and upscale relaxation.



The main floor welcomes you with a wall of windows capturing panoramic mountain views, a stone gas fireplace (operational October-April), and a smart/satellite TV perfect for movie nights. The fully stocked kitchen features stainless appliances, a Keurig & 12-cup coffee pot, plus every tool you need to create meals, from baking sheets to wine glasses.



Dine indoors at the table for 8, with 4 more seats at the breakfast bar, or step out onto the newly screened-in porch, where a wood-burning fireplace, outdoor furniture, and a smart TV await (firewood available for delivery).



The main floor king bedroom offers deck access, smart TV, and nearby full bath. Upstairs, the king master suite offers a private balcony with stunning views, a smart TV, and a spa-like ensuite with a walk-in tile shower.

Driveway accommodates 3-4 vehicles

No RVs, trailers, or boats permitted due to HOA restrictions

Uber/Lyft availability is limited — personal vehicle recommended



Other Things to Note:

WiFi is provided, but due to the mountain location, speeds may fluctuate. This is a perfect chance to unplug and reconnect with nature.

Firewood for the wood-burning fireplaces can be pre-ordered for delivery — contact management to add this service.

EV Charger (220 Volt) available for guest use.
