We recently sold those properties and purchased four condos on Little Hickory Island. We are experienced landlords but new to the Florida market. Since we live in the area, we are owner-owned and managed. We absolutely love Florida!

It is a quiet location at the end of the peninsula. We have beautiful sunsets. This property is right on the beach, and you can easily walk the beach for miles. Yet this location is close enough to some fantastic restaurants.
