Great Location!

We really enjoyed our stay at the poplar cabin! It’s centrally located between pigeon forge and gatlinburg, but in a quiet and beautiful area out of the hustle and bustle of the towns. The kids loved the upstairs loft with games and the view was amazing!

Cute Cabin, Great Location

We stayed for Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. The cabin was the perfect size for our family and the location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg was perfect.

Cute Quaint Peaceful!

We loved our stay and Poplar Tree, it was great location! We so close to Dollywood,Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge! Cute cabin very clean and had all amenities! Thanks for being a great host!

Wonderful location!

The owners were absolutely amazing to work with. The location of the cabin is wonderful if you will be visiting the popular sights of both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. All of the things provided in the cabin were of excellent quality. The pull out mattress was one of the nicest my children have slept on. We had a wonderful stay!

Absolutely Charming!

Wonderful views, charming cabin feels like you are in a tree house, especially on the second floor! Host stayed in contact during a winter storm during our trip!

Cabin stay

Overall the stay was good. Loved the location and very pretty view. The only complaint I have is the cabin wasn’t the cleanest. Found someone’s panties and shirt up stairs behind the couch. The kitchen had rat poop in the cabinets. There was dirt all under the table.

An Absolute Must!

The cabin was stunning and had every possible accouterments a person would be looking for. It was super clean and contact with the owners was super prompt and detailed but super easy to follow. (I like things bulleted out and detailed). I am already looking for the next dates that I will be able to stay there in the next couple of months! This is a must stay property and perfectly located near Gatlinburg and Sevierville!

Up in the trees!

Wonderful place to stay up in the Smokey Mountains with trees surrounding! Very quiet and relaxing! Obviously no views of mountains from cabin, for your on the mountain! If you don't like heights probably not a cabin you would want to stay in! Some tight, winding, steep roads to travel to get to cabin, but very easy to find! Our phone service didn't work while there, but there is great internet provided for Wifi calling! Our kids had fun in the cabin with all the games provided! The breath taking scenery has to be seen in person, not just looking at pictures! Cabin is close to the shops, trails, etc. Booking the cabin was very easy and checking out was easy!

Perfect Location in the Smokies

Our family of four stayed for a week while we visited the surrounding area in Gatlinburg and Smoky Mt National Park and couldn't have been happier! The location is just 15-20min from entertainment both in town and the mountains, as well as things link grocery stores, gas station, etc. I should point out, the drive to the cabin is narrow mountain roads, so you do need to take it easy if you are not comfortable with that sort of thing. The cabin itself is just as described and the view from the decks is very serene - especially enjoyed from the porch swing with morning cup of coffee! The upper loft made a great space for our two young boys to hang out and they loved the connecting bridge that ran to the upper deck - such a cool feature. We played many a Foosball game and Pac Man too - this was a nice addition, as was the hot tub! The well stocked kitchen and comfy living space was perfect for the evenings we wanted to stay in and do a dinner/movie night or eat out on the deck and watch the sun set. This truly is a gem of a location and none of us wanted to leave at the end of the week! Renee was great to work with and though everything went smoothly for us, she was available to answer anything if we needed it.

Quick spontaneous getaway

It was a very last minute decision to go on a getaway just the hubby and I. We literally booked this cabin 1 day before we planned on arriving. It was quick and easy. The owner Renee responded quickly to everything, we were very surprised at the quick response. The cabin was exactly as pictured, clean, had everything we needed. The checkout list was probably one of the easiest we have ever had. I always pick up after ourselves anyway but some lists are wild considering you pay a cleaning fee too. Hers was simple, I personally did more because that's just me. We had questions during our stay and she responded quickly and was so kind each time. The cabin has the best location, between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Yet it's away from all the hustle and bustle. We would absolutely stay again, and would definitely recommend this place. Very cozy.

We had a great time. The property was far enough away to be quiet and cozy, but close enough to still be able to get to a grocery store in 20 minutes. It is a beautiful location in the mountains, and we even opened the door one time to see a bear about 15 feet from our door! It was a great stay.

Close to everything

We were able to take advantage of the touristy places in Pigeon Forge as well as Gatlinburg. We took the scenic tour of the Smokey Mountain National Park and just enjoyed the peacefulness of the wilderness while sitting in the rocking chairs of the upper deck

Great getaway cabin

Beautiful cabin

This cabin is even more beautiful than in the pictures! Everything at the cabin was perfectly clean and comfortable. I loved drinking coffee outside on the deck in the morning and taking in the beautiful view. The location is the perfect distance from Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge where you can really feel calm and peaceful at the cabin but quickly get back to the city for food and activities. The hot tub was wonderful!! Renee was very easy to communicate with and clearly relayed the check in process and what was expected for check out. One thing to note, check your email for the code to get in while you’re in the city, once you get near the cabin you may not have service to check emails, but the cabin Wi-Fi is great once you’re connected. Also, I could see this cabin being a bit hard to get to in snowy or icy conditions or could be an intimidating drive for some drivers. Definitely try to get in during the day as that makes the roads a lot easier to navigate the first time getting there. Overall, this cabin was a fantastic place to stay with beautiful views, comfortable beds, and everything you could possibly need!

We enjoy traveling and value the Vrbo community in doing so! Together Jason and I have visited over 11 countries and 20 states. We cannot wait to explore the world more with our daughter.

On the weekends you can find us spending time with our families, hanging out at the beach, catching a sports game and being corralled by our dogs.
