One bedroom home conveniently located just off the interstate. Close to Fountain Square, Garfield Park, and downtown. Free off-street parking.

A queen bed in the bedroom and a futon in the living area. Full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. And a small office space with a desk and office chair.

Easy travel overnight

This vintage 1br home in a working class neighborhood might but be the best place for a luxury stay with a dozen of your closest friends, but it's a great, pet-friendly stop for the traveler! We stayed here during a cross-country move with our cats and it was easy to find, had private parking on the end of a block, and nice amenities like a washer/dryer with soap provided, and fresh ice in the freezer. Plus, the Host helped us out with a forgotten item. Would stay here again!

It was perfect!

House was exactly what was expected plus they provided great little amenities… quality TP, paper towels, towels, laundry detergent. Originally from Indy so the only reason I knocked off a star on location is that it says it’s in Beech Grove… not sure Indy would consider that Beech Grove…but it is right by 65, close to a park we took our dogs to, driveway is great! No neighborhood problems . Also close to downtown. Will definitely be back

Convenient for a Convention

Stayed here for GenCon2024. About a 10 minute drive from here to Indy Convention Center and downtown. Good water pressure and free laundry (didn't use). One bedroom, a lil office, common area, small kitchen. Few pillbugs around property, and a lil noisy at night with cicadas and highway right next to property. If you are tall you'll need to sit on the toilet at an angle.

Very dirty

When I got to the house it looked like nobody cleaned, the pillows were stained, and there was a blunt stub in one of the drawers. The neighborhood felt sketchy but the house is at the end of the street so that made me feel better. My entire stay I kept getting an allergic reaction and I didn't know why until I saw a roach (I'm highly allergic to roaches). I let them know that I was vacating early due to that and they refunded me the extra night I was going to stay.

Great Stay

I was worried about the location safety after reviewing past reviews. I did not think the location was bad and felt safe the entire stay. Great location near to downtown! Would stay again in the future.

Review of stay

It was clean. Small old house that was painted n remodeled with very little money. The area was not what I would expected. Low income area. Was worried about safety. It def didn’t detail that when reserving. It was clean. But again all of the furniture dishes table were very low end. TV didn’t work with remote. Owner was going to come and reprogram but was leaving the house so didn’t want bother with it.
