Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa in Orlando, Florida, is a lakefront tropical paradise that provides all the comforts of a fully furnished home, within minutes of Sea World, Universal Studios, Island of Adventure, and Disney. (CHECK-IN IS AVAILABLE ONLY ON FRIDAY, SATURDAY, OR SUNDAY with a 7-night stay) (MONDAY-THURSDAY check-in available w/3-day or 4-day stay)

This includes a scenic lakefront setting, numerous swimming pools, volleyball courts, and other family activities on-site such as the all-new and on-site Treasure Cove Water Park. This villa sleeps 8 adults, is up to 1,750 sq. ft, is non-smoking, features (1) king bed(master bedroom, (2) double beds(second bedroom), and (1) queen sleeper sofa(living area), and offers a fully equipped kitchens with dining areas, washer/dryer, safe, TVs throughout and WiFi, and three bathrooms.

The master bath has an oversized jetted tub, shower stall, and double vanity. The 2nd bedroom has a full-size bathroom with a shower/tub combo and vanity sink.

Renters agree by sending a payment that they will follow all resort rules including no pets, min 21 yrs old @ check-in.

Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the developer and must be handled through the resort, not Concierge Realty.

Any variation from the photo and actual property is unintentional, so guests are encouraged to do their own due diligence prior to reserving. Any variance or disruption including but not limited to renovation, unavailable amenity, change in decor, etc. during the stay, whether announced prior to reservation, occurring during the stay, or announced after confirmation, is a matter strictly between the guest and resort, are not deceptive advertising, breach of contract or the responsibility of Concierge Realty.

Concierge Realty reserved the right to reserve any view category unless one has been agreed upon in writing. The resort confirmation will show the view designation and the villa will be placed within that view category unless in a rare instance the view will be noted as "not guaranteed" in which case the resort reserves the right to place the guest anywhere within the property. Issues regarding view within the guaranteed view category are to be addressed with the resort management as Concierge Realty is not responsible for villa placement.
