This studio flat has a private terrace with garden view with outdoor sofa and dinning tables. It is connected with the sea view solarium with a small gate. Shared solarium has sun lounger, parasols, two outdoor showers and several areas where to seat and enjoy the sunset.

In front of us there is the main promenade and shops and restaurants are 3 minutes by walk.
