The studio is located in an apartment building constructed in 1997, renovated in 2014, and furnished in the typical local style. Available for shared use: sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture. Shared garden.

Barat. The studio is located on a 1300 sqm enclosed property. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

All pools are available for communal use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to the end of September, saltwater, 4 m x 8 m, 1.4 m deep).
