DreamCatcher Lodge is a perfect getaway for large families or groups! This 5 bedroom, 4 bath, 4200 sq. ft. log cabin sleeps 16 comfortably and is nestled on 9 private acres of forest. Offering spectacular mountain views and plenty of outdoor activities like private hiking trails, large front lawn and driveway for activities. The is a pergola covered firepit with a S'mores kit that is perfect for those cozy evenings. Inside, you'll find a game room and theater room for entertainment. Downtown Blue Ridge and the scenic railway is only a 10 minute drive away! Come and experience the ultimate in relaxation, nature and luxury!

Main Floor:
- Modern kitchen with new soapstone counters and stainless steel appliances

- Coffee bar with coffee and tea as well as a starter S'mores kit!
- 2 King bedrooms. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.
- 2 modern updated full bathrooms, both have walk in showers, one with soaking tub.
- Main living area with seating for 8-10, gas fireplace with Roku TV.

Second Floor:
- 2 large king bedrooms with full size pull out futons for two additional guests (ideal for children). Both rooms have desks and work area. One pack and play crib and high chair provided.
- Large bathroom with shower/tub and double vanity sinks.

Basement:
- Game room with Air hockey, shuffle board, foosball, arcade center, and a vintage whiskey barrel game table with poker set and other board games.
- Photo area by neon sign to take a picture for memories!
- Movie Theater Room with recliner seating and 86 inch TV with streaming capability. Just BYO passwords!
- 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds off of the game room with newly renovated ensuite bathroom.

Decks:
- Upper deck has Traeger smoker/grill and gas grill, outdoor dining table (seating 6-7), additional seating for 6 in Adirondack chairs ; Mountain Views
- Lower deck with Hot tub and seating for 6. Forest Views.

Access to the entire property including the 9 private acres of forest.

DreamCatcher Lodge offers a chance to get away into nature, but still be close to all the fun activities downtown Blue Ridge and Ellijay have to offer. Set between both towns, the cabin is only 10 minutes to Blue Ridge and 15 minutes Ellijay. The cabin is down a small, but easily accessible road with no neighbors in view.

The driveway to the cabin is paved, although a short segment on the main road is packed gravel. It is moderately steep up to the cabin, but a very short drive. There are 3 flat parking spots at the top of the driveway by the entrance of the Lodge and one parking spot in the front of the garage. For larger cars, boats, and/or trailers there is an additional flat parking area for larger vehicles.

- All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed)
- Must sign a rental agreement (will be emailed after booking)
- $1500 Credit Card hold (for incidentals, will be released 7 days after checkout)
- No Pets
- We recommend getting travel insurance to cover unexpected events. No refunds for things that are beyond our control- weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/etc.
- ATV, trailer, RV and boats are allowed but must park at the bottom of the driveway.
- We provide a starter set of coffee/tea, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry soap, hand soap and shampoo. You may need to buy more during your stay.
- There is a possibility of seeing a bear. Bears are dangerous, do not approach.
- While children are welcome, this property is not toddler/baby-proof and children must be supervised at all times
- Like every cabin in the area, the gas fireplace is shut down April 1 to October 1.
- You will likely see and hear critters and bugs. We have a monthly pest control service, but due to being in the forest they can get in to the home easily.


Extra rules:
- The hot tub is for guests 21 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or if you are pregnant. Use the hot tub at your own risk.

- No unauthorized late check out or early check in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge.

- Condiments, zip locks, aluminum foil, and pellets for Traeger are not provided.

- If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $200 and you will be asked to leave.

- Absolutely no fires inside or out unless in firepit. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $150 plus damages. Please extinguish fire completely after every use.
