Perfect place for our family

Family Christmas

Wonderful house in great location. Attentive, responsive and helpful property manager. The house was well-stocked with staples, pots, pans and utensils, plus firewood that enabled great fires on cold winter nights. One of the best of the many VRBO rentals we’ve experienced.

Wonderful property & location

This is a great property to stay. Close to Vail and Beaver Creek. We spent a wonderful week in this lovely house, 2 couples and 3 teenagers. The downstairs was a great space for the kids to play ping pong, have their own TV and space The upstairs has 2 large bedrooms with 2 separate bedrooms, living room and well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed spending time together next to the wood burning fireplace. Would highly recommend.

Fun while distancing

This is a beautiful property which was well taken care of. Since we visited during Covid, we really appreciated the wonderful back deck (with grill). Our good friends were also vacationing in Vail, and they came over both nights and sat on the opposite side of the deck while we hung out. It was the favorite part of our vacation.

Great location, perfect for families

Phyllis, Thanks so much. We had a great stay and your place was perfect for our families. Plenty of space for 6 kids and everyone enjoyed the fireplace and games! The convenience to avail and Beaver Creek was a plus as well. We hope to come back soon.

Beyond Fantastic

Our family of seven stayed at your place in Vail over the New Years' holiday. In short, it was beyond fantastic. The house had more than enough room and the two floors helped accommodate some later nights, while allowing those upstairs to sleep soundly. The main floor was amazing. The master bedroom, with the ensuite, was pretty and spacious. The other bedroom also worked perfectly for our family and the non-attached bathroom was great (though the shower pressure was a little harsh - the only complaint of the whole trip). The open concept kitchen and the living room was huge and perfect for our family to cook and hang out all together every night. We cooked all seven nights and there were plenty of supplies to accommodate some complicated meals. The fireplace was also incredible and the TV on the side helped keep the cabin-style beauty. Even the outdoor space worked well in the limited time people stayed up to look at the stars. The basement area looked like something out of Good Housekeeping. The couch was comfy and roomy and the TV was massive--made for great movie nights. Plus the pool table and dartboard were put to good use. The two rooms were solid, with plenty of space and the basement shower was perfect. And the laundry room was an added bonus that was super helpful having skied six days. There was more than enough parking for our two cars (one was a pickup truck). And the garage worked great for easy ski storge. The location was also perfect. It was a short, easy drive to Vail to ski and close to multiple grocery stores in both Vail and Beaver Creek. All seven of us would love to be back to help ring in 2021 and would highly recommend this place to any groups looking for a fantastic place to stay in Vail/Beaver Creek! Cheers,

Very nice house with two large community spaces, a wood burning fireplace and a perfect location

3 couples and our kids had a wonderful ski trip with our kids having a place to play and watch movies downstairs and the adults having space to gather in the great room for good and drink. Barbecue available, nice wood burning fireplace, kitchen with everything you need and parking for 3 cars. The owner Phyllis is very nice and communicates well.

Wonderful long weekend at a terrific condo

My husband, daughter, son-in-law, son, and I spent several nights at this condo in February. The unit was clean, comfortable, and gracious, with plenty of comfy living room furniture, a nice dining room table and chairs, and a kitchen with plenty of counters. Each bedroom was quite luxurious, and we all enjoyed the games in the basement (foosball and pool). The living room was bright with plenty of natural light from the floor to ceiling windows. We have skied for years and rented various condos, but this one was the very best.

Great place, kids loved it!

We had a great trip and this duplex was great. Plenty of room for everyone, and my kids played pool in the basement every evening. The owner had firewood waiting for us, and gave us access to sleds as well. Kitchen was large, wifi good, TVs in working order. We would definitely consider staying here again. Also, drive to Vail was only about 6 minutes.

Lovely house on golf course, great for families

We enjoyed a lovely stay here over Christmas, and 2 families and a grandmother were very comfortable. The kitchen was excellent, and well-equipped. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms & 2 baths, living room, kitchen, while downstairs had another 2 BR/1 BA + family room. Downstairs also has a pool table (put the top on to make a ping-pong table), foosball, and laundry. The downstairs family room was ideal for the teenagers in the group to hang out, while others could have conversation and a fire upstairs. Note that the MBR has an air mattress in the closet which we only noticed upon leaving, and also there are games and puzzles in a downstairs closet. We borrowed the sleds from the garage, and found an awesome sledding hill on the golf course about a 15 minute walk to the West. Note that there is not a free shuttle to Vail or Beaver from the house, and parking at Vail is $25/car per day. Also, the house is a duplex, but apparently very well built, as we never heard any noise from the adjoining side - they are connected only by the kitchen/dining room, which probably helps. A couple of things need updating (TV and remote, ping pong paddles), but these were not important to our enjoyment. We loved Vail and this was a great jumping off point - would definitely stay here again - must be gorgeous in the summer!

Great Property and Location

The house was terrific and was centrally located to everything we wanted to do! The house was clean and comfortable and just as described. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and spices, which was a nice touch! Phyllis was great to work with and made it a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this property and hope to be back in the future.

Great Ski Condo!

Stayed here for 4 days with a small group, it's a perfect ski location. It's 5 miles to Vail Village, 2 miles to the gate of Beaver Creek Resort. We got a van ride to Vail one day and it was $32 + tip. This property is just off the highway and located within a few miles of groceries, Wal-Mart plaza. The condo has 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 on the lower level, which is spacious and also has a ping-pong table, pool table and dart board. Plenty to keep a family entertained! The first floor has a large open space with fireplace, modern kitchen and eating area, we spent most of our time gathered together there. The cabinets are stocked with supplies, we definitely didn't need anything. The entire backside of the condo is windowed and looks at the hills behind the house, there is ample privacy through the windows as the neighbors are over 100 yards behind the house.

We had 5 adults and 4 ten to thirteen year olds, and this was a great place. Ladies thought the kitchen was extremely well stocked, endless supply of dry oak firewood; pool table, foosball, ping pong for kids. Everything was clean and enjoyable. Only drawback is that you have to drive to the ski areas; Beaver Creek is quite close, Vail about 8 miles.
