We loved our stay at Tina‘s place. It was close to everything we needed for our vacation. We enjoyed having access to the pool and use the bikes daily. Tina was very responsive and helpful with local suggestions. Would definitely love to stay there again.

Our stay was wonderful

Loved this place! Clean and homey ! Would definitely recommend this place to everyone looking to stay at Mallard lakes. Also Tina the owner was such a sweetheart!

Another great vacation in Mallard Lakes! Converting the ouaide shower in to a second full bath was a great idea. Tina is a great host and so easy to work with.

Close to beach

Tina is an awesome host. She stays on top of communication and ensured our stay was fantastic. She also is thoughtful. We like mallards for proximity to oc md beaches where parking is free. DE charges for parking at their beaches. Mallard upkeeps their amenities.

Great location in a great development

Right across the way is the pool and tennis/pickleball courts. Have been going to OCMD for 30 years and love Mallard Lakes. Love the convenience of the converted outside shower to a full bath. Tina is a great hostess and we will certainly look to rent from her again

Quiet, Family Friendly Condo Close to the Beach

My family had a great stay at Tina’s condo on Mallard Lakes. Tina was very easy to communicate with and an excellent host. The condo is beautifully decorated, comfy and plenty spacious for a small family. Tina also allowed us access to some extra beach items as an added bonus. The condo is located within a charming, quiet bayside community with two pools, tennis/pickleball courts, a playground and plenty of other amenities. Parking was easy with plenty of extra spots for additional vehicles and the beach was a short 5 min drive away. We would happily return to Tina’s place in the future.
