Ritchie’s Titletown Executive Suites: Bachelor’s Den

Unit eight at Ritchies Titletown Executive Suites features an in unit laundry, marble tile floor and tub surround, brand new shower door, granite cabinets, modern tile backsplash in the kitchen and every upgrade and amenity we could think of to make our guests comfortable during their extended stay. The sectional couch is abundant in size, the expansive windows let in the Green Bay sunshine and lakeshore breeze or opt to turn on the AC, and the granite eat up island is a great finishing touch to this unit .

New dishwasher, over range microwave, large stainless steel fridge with ice maker, fully stocked kitchen, and new king sized bedroom set. This unit also embraces the culture and life of Green Bay with black and white custom canvases of the local area and state, and inspirational quotes from local legends.

Note: This unit is upstairs. Stairs are wide and easy, and the upper units in this building are actually my preference with a little added feeling of security on the second floor.

Security: This building has increased security with cameras monitoring the parking lot, which activate light on motion. We also have biometric code locks and lock codes for our guests for multiple ways to access.
