The condo had everything we needed for our stay. From a communication standpoint, the property owner answered all of our questions promptly. By far the best communication since we’ve been doing VRBO.

Summer Vacation in Pawleys

We had an amazing 5 night stay! Condo was spacious, very clean, great golf course view! Enjoyed the condo pool everyday! Screened in porch was wonderful to enjoy morning coffee and watch the thunderstorms! Beds were very comfortable and decor was perfect. We hope to return next summer.

Stay at True Blue

We enjoyed our stay at your condo. Everything was as advertised. The place was clean and had everything we needed although areas of the condo are a little worn. We are golfers so the place was perfect for us.

Great stay. Perfect for our needs

The Condo was very comfortable and convenient. Every morning on the back porch was treasured. Holly was very responsive to the couple questions we had. Will definitely visit again.

Host was great and responded promptly. Rental was clean and accommodating. Great location for the access to the beach and the BassMasters National Collegiate Tournament.

Good Location

The location was just what we were looking for to explore the area. Holly was very quick to respond to any inquiry. Although the walls in the bathroom needed some new paint and the kitchen appliances could use some updating, it did not take away from our stay.

Great property

very nice, very clean, close to restaurants and shopping, very accommodating property manager. Only drawback was noise from property above, of which this property manager has no control! Would stay here again and plan to in the future

Honeymoon Getaway

Property was amazing! We felt right at home! Did not end up cooking or making meals, but I loved that it was an option with all the needed utensils. The space was very clean and we both could not stop talking about how comfortable the bed was. Thank you so much for the relaxing getaway!

Quaint Condo in Pawley's Island, True Blue Golf Community

Holly's condo was perfect for our weekend stay and golf outing at True Blue. Super clean and convenient to the local courses and restaurants. Easy parking and second floor access. Her unit was well decorated, cozy and perfect for 2-4 people. Access to some shopping (TJ Maxx, Publix) within just a few blocks which was also nice. Didn't have to travel far for food or local bar/restaurants.

Family Reunion 2025

Overall a good visit. It felt like this may be a new VRBO as it didn’t include things like an instruction booklet for checking out or wifi service and didn’t include anything about the area, such as which pools to use, restaurants in the area, etc. Overall a clean unit with everything we needed. Thank you for allowing us to rent from you!

Nice Stay For Golf On Pawleys Island

Nice stay. The property was as advertised in the pictures. It was just me and my pops for a weekend golf trip. It is located right off the first hole at True Blue. If you are golfing down on Pawleys Island, this is as convenient as it gets location-wise. The condo is nothing fancy, but it met our requirements: fair pricing, close to the courses, and a comfortable place to sleep/snack in between rounds. Small changes that would make for a better stay would be including basic shower essentials and getting a new key-lock.

Listing led us to believe the unit was on ground floor. No clear instructions on how to leave bedding, etc. Noise from upstairs. Suggestions would have been nice for dining out, etc.

We love the south and being close to the beach and beautiful golf courses along the coast. Raising our family in Charleston made us realize that we wanted to share a bit of the low country with others. It's a slower pace that can be a great reset as you take time off with your friends or family.
