WABASSO 14 - 2 BEDROOM, 2 FULL BATHS TOWNHOUSE (sleeps 6) BEDDING: MASTER Queen, 2nd BR (loft) 2 Pyramids, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Wabasso (translated) Snowshoe Hare. A unique complex located just a walk from mid-Flume and Hootenanny slopes. Our Wabasso units are simply sweet and cozy! Private, multi-level townhome with large decks, beautiful views, and covered parking. A moderate walk or shuttle ride to the slopes and the Village. All units offer loft bedrooms and comfortable living areas.

AMENITIES: Free WiFi, Free Long Distance Calling, Free Resort Shuttle Service, Large Deck, Easy Slope Access, Moderate Walk to Village, Washer/Dryer, Wood fireplace (wood provided), and Covered Parking at the unit.

NO AIR CONDITION

PLEASE CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF LIFT TICKETS/LESSONS OR BIKE PARK PASSES/BIKE RENTALS/LESSONS BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATION.

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.

Great location! Basically ski in and out

We had a wonderful stay. The check in process was very easy. The house was very close to the Flume Shack bar, and only about a 2 minute walk to skiing. Would love to stay again

Great stay

Very nice property with quick access to the slope. Everything was clean and beds were comfy. I will make sure to book through Casago next time to save a little money.

Great spot at Snowshoe

Loved it! Would stay again. The walk to the Upper Flume slope was not bad at all, 2 min probably. Priceless memories from this trip!

Ski in ski out

This house is perfect for a ski in ski out family trip. The proximity to the slope, the bus and the village is perfect. The house is laid out perfectly for gathering and plenty of room upstairs for a group to sleep. Fireplace works great, and the washer dryer is so handy. Highly recommended.

Perfect spot for groups

We absolutely loved our stay at Wabasso. Location was perfect, ski-in/out, right off the Soaring Eagle lift/upper flume green trail. Place was spacious enough for 8 of us and the couch/living room was great for night hangouts and eating together. Loved the ski racks in the front porch area as well. Shuttle stop a mere 5 min walk from the condo. Will be back!

There is also a new bar right on the slope directly below the house, which is a perfect place to end your ride then walk up to the house. The couch and the carpet have seen better days, but no worse than I would have expected. The rooms and restrooms were nice so that's all that mattered to me.

There is a bedroom on the main level off the kitchen and a big bedroom upstairs with lots of bunk beds. There are a bunch of stairs to get into the unit. Both bathrooms were nice. Kitchen well stocked. Firewood right under the unit - we built a fire almost every night! Ski/Walk in/out, very close to Soaring Eagle lift and Flume trail. If there's lots of snow you can almost ski home. Only downside is it's not really in walking distance to the village. Really great house!

Reviewer Comments: the condo was very clean when we arrived, but had a smell of ammonia almost like a litter box. we bought some febreeze and that helped.i think it had just been sitting for a while and needed some cooking in there. the tv in the living room was pretty bad it kept going in and out on us and was explained that the sattalite was the reason. with that being sad we had a great time and if the tv's were fixed will be a great place. we were there to ski and that is what we did great proximity to the slopes. we would stay there again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall great property. There were some cosmetic issues but nothing you wouldn't expect for a rental property. For example the couch had been through the ringer, but still very comfortable to nap on after a long day on the mountain. We loved the fireplace as well. Very nice feature. Great location since a new bar/restaurant was put on the slopes below the property. We were able to access the slope from the access road made for bar staff. The walk to the village was not bad, but a little far. We found it was better to call the shuttle rather than wait for it to come by. This was especially important because we would have to wait by the road. Rental office was very nice and accommodating. They called well before our arrival to ask if we had any questions. The check-in process was a breeze after talking with them. Keyless entry always makes things simpler. Overall great experience and would highly recommend.

Judith Crane, LLC dba Casago Snowshoe is a West Virginia–licensed real estate broker offering upscale vacation rental homes, townhomes, and condominiums at Snowshoe Mountain Ski and Summer Resort in West Virginia. Our portfolio includes a wide variety of privately owned properties throughout the resort, ranging from cozy studios to spacious multi-bedroom mountain homes suitable for families and groups.

While not every property is located directly on the slopes, the majority of our rentals are slopeside and provide ski-in/ski-out access to beginner (novice) trails within the main terrain area of Snowshoe Mountain. Many homes also feature scenic mountain, village, or Western Territory views. The Western Territory is a separate section of the mountain known for its long vertical drop and expert terrain. This area features some of the steepest and most challenging trails in the region and is designed primarily for advanced skiers and snowboarders.
