The Sinatra - Fun, 5BD Home! Huge Pool! Game Room!

Summary:
The Sinatra is a upbeat and FUN home that has been meticulously designed for not only your entertainment but also your true comfort. The home offers 4 retreat style sleeping spaces and 1 large sleeping space in the game room. The game room is a real treat where you and your guests can truly enjoy your stay. The kitchen and bathrooms are high end and are fully equipped with all the luxuries you’d expect and need. The home is in a impeccable location, close to everything the city has to offer!

The Space:
. The living space is large an inviting with an incredibly comfortable sofa
. The kitchen has all the amenities you could need and if you ever want anything additional we’re happy to provide!
. Both bathrooms have rainfall shower heads and large toilets with bidets
. The primary suite has a platform king bed with a gorgeous en-suite bathroom and a sleeper sofa
. Awesome pool area!
. Each additional bedroom on the other side of the home has a queen bed
. Parking is all in the driveway or on the street
. The game room has two full/double sized beds and a sleeper sofa
. The outside of the home has a massive backyard with a privacy fence, huge pool and ample seating

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire home

The Neighborhood:
We are on the edge of Round Rock and the city of Austin. The neighborhood is clean and well groomed. You will be nearby so many great options for dining, shopping and exploring.

★ 22 minutes to Downtown Austin
★ 12 minutes to The Domain
★ 11 minutes drive to Brushy Creek
★ 12 minutes to Lakeline Mall

Getting Around:
There are many ways to get around, but the best way to get around is by car or a ride share.

Other Things to Note:
We do not allow the pool to be heated at this home. If the pool is heated at any point in time by our guests it is a minimum $500 fee due to the cost that we will have for this.

Please note: The Ski Ball game is fully functional and still fun to play, but the scoreboard is currently not working. All other features work as intended

** EXTR GUESTS Please note that for any guests over 16, there’s an extra charge of $20 per person, per night.

The Pac-Man game and ski ball machine are currently out of order and not available for use
Pool maintenance is performed weekly without prior notice. The team ensures the pool is serviced regularly each week.

**If there's any extra trash that doesn’t fit in the bins (which can sometimes happen after gatherings), it may need to be removed separately, and there could be an additional charge. To help avoid any extra fees, we kindly ask that all trash fits securely inside the provided bins.**

Please ensure that all waste is disposed of in the correct bins. Placing trash in recycling or compost containers will result in a fine to cover the cost of a haul-off.
Please be advised that the mailbox is strictly for the owner's access only. Kindly make alternative arrangements for receiving your mail.

Enjoy your stay! You have the home to yourself but we’ll be close by incase you need anything at all.
