Put the kids downstairs and the adults upstairs. Tv's in every room and 75 inch flat screens in both living areas. One up and one down. Have senior beachgoers with you. Set them up downstairs with not steps to climb. Multiple families can beach together but settle in for the night hanging out together or staying in separate areas. It really will fit any situation you may have.
