We had the best time! Great condo, incredible views of the sunsets and the city lights! Loved the roof top pool (especially the cabanas). Will definitely stay again!

Great spot

Amazing location, beautiful views and a beautiful place. Check in and check out process is a bit rigid, especially since we pay for a cleaning fee anyway.

Clean and comfortable

We really like that there isnt a lot of "stuff" all over. No extra clutter, just all the necessities. It was clean, comfortable, with a great view. The kids enjoyed the pool and we took advantage of the coffee bar on the 1st floor.

Riverside Retreat

Super helpful front desk support in a beautiful condo high-rise at an awesome location just off the Lady Bird Lake trail. Loved the fitness center. We had hoped to use the lounge on the pool level, as it's a great space and open to residents if not booked. But, it was booked most of the time (and expensive to book)!

Great vacation even in the rain!

We are from the west coast and have friends on the east coast, so decided to meet up in Austin. We picked this spot because of the rooftop pool, we didnt realize there is so much more this spot had to offer! Being in the Rainey District was fabulous - lots of bars/food/activity. The apt was perfect for the 4 of us and we were able to watch for the Bats from the porch outside our 25th floor unit (they never came out, maybe next time). The pool was a great spot to have a cup of coffe or cocktail in the late afternoon. Being so close to South Congress was also perfect. Truly a great vacation and a place to stay everytime we are in town!

Ridiculous payment policy & rowdy guests

Paid what we thought was full amount on VRBO two months prior and two weeks after the stay the property bills us. No mention of this when we booked the stay. Loud guests and family was harassed in the lobby by other drunken guests. Plan to blast on social media to prevent others from the same type of disappointing experience.

Impeccable Unit | Prime Location | Beautiful View

This was our first time visiting Austin. We were surprised by the prime location of the building and appreciated the courteous and quick valet process! Check in and check out were very easy. The building was easy to locate and had convenient, modern amenities. We frequented the coffee shop on the ground floor that had delicious snacks and beverages and friendly staff. The unit was very clean, stylish and had all of the listed accommodations. The view was amazing from the wrap around balcony! What you see online is real and not staged in any way. Our host contacted us before and after our stay to ensure we had direct communication and were able to provide immediate feedback about our stay. We will definitely rebook this unit the next time we visit Austin. Thank you.
