Gorgeous Modern and Updated furnished house. It is one of the best communities in Tucson, AZ and is conveniently located on the popular south area off E Valencia Rd and 267 exit I-10. Safe street parking is available for large trailers up to 30-ft long even longer. Quiet community with trees and plants blocking noise. Residents will enjoy the short commute to any part of the greater Tucson area, including Tucson International Airport, Costco, downtown Tucson, and the Air Space Museum

flies, dirty and nonstop barking dog

House had 10 flies when we arrived with trash in kitchen still there. Dog next door barked non stop throughout the weekend through the night until 3 am and kept us awake both days. The wifi did not work throughout stay. House is very outdated and needs an update and very deep clean. Very unpleasant stay and we got no rest with dog next door.

Don't rent this place

Not a "book with confidence guarantee" from Vrbo.The house is not sanitary. I reported the house to the health department. We left as soon as we were able to find another place. I wish I could post photos.The 'updates' mentioned in the description pertain to the flooring downstairs, the master bedroom, and the staircase. The rest of the house is old, dirty, damaged, moldy, and smelled musty. Beds are old and uncomfortable. The master bedroom seemed slightly updated. The bed was better than the other beds. The bathroom has 2 sinks; both faucets were covered in calcium buildup. One faucet had dried toothpaste. The towels had hair hanging off them. Walls and light switches are incredibly dirty, paint and scratched. Walls show paint peeling, dirt, and stains. Floorboards show water damage, are covered in dirt and years of dust. When we walked in, the first thing we saw was a dresser covered in dust. The window blinds had inches of dust. Bar stools in the kitchen looked like they came out of the local dump. The cloth was incredibly dirty and stained. The coffee pot had leftover coffee, a moldy filter, and layers of dust. The oven was covered in grease which had accumulated dust. The coffee table looked like someone tried to paint it but the paint was peeling. The furniture was old, stained, dirty, and the springs in the couch were broken. The back patio furniture was broken, and covered in dirt. There was a home gym mechanism outside. A bar fell off and hit my daughter.

Tucson visit

The house is in a good location to get around Tucson. It is however a noisy spot with the interstate close by and neighbors dogs. It was a safe neighborhood with a couple of nice parks in walking distance. Unfortunately, the house was not clean nor well stocked. The carpets need to be removed and please clean under the beds! We had a group of 9 family members and there were not enough glasses nor silverware. We could not use the fry pans because they were in such bad shape with peeling Teflon ( we ended up buying our own). It is a nice house that has lots of potential, but needs attention. I gave it a 3 because it was not clean.

Had everything we needed

The house was a nice house situated in a nice and safe neighborhood. It had everything needed to make the stay comfortable. Communication with the owner was easy and they were very responsive.

Run Strong

Chose this for SW Tucson location to make travel to a marathon race easier, and the number of bedrooms for a three family stay was perfect. Ended up just two families. We liked the kitchen, but never cooked— only used coffee maker. Patio area went unused on this trip, but it seemed like it would be great too.

Nice house Needs to be Cleaned

This house has amazing potential. Unfortunately every surface was dirty. I did a lot of cleaning, so hopefully other renters will have a better experience
