Summary:
Newly Remodeled 3 bedroom 2 baths in the center of Tucson, a few minutes away from Downtown Tucson, the University of Arizona and 4th Avenue and University Medical Center. Many places to explore including the Reid Park Zoo, Sabino Canyon, Saguaro National Park (East & West), Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, and the Pima Air & Space Museum. There are also many bike, running, and walking paths nearby. Tucson is also a golfers paradise. No cats allowed, an additional fee of $10 USD per night per dog.

We agree with many of the positives that other reviewers highlighted: Comfortable beds, central location, close proximity to a grocery store, nice backyard area and very responsive host. However, there were several inconveniences that presented challenges during our stay. For example, common spaces like the kitchen and living room felt cramped. The bathrooms could use more surface space for toiletries and hooks for towels. Besides the beds and TVs, the bedrooms were quite sparse, with very little nightstand space. The kitchen countertop space and dishes are not adequate for the potential number of guests. The indoor table seating is not well suited for very young children or elderly people. We hope that the host understands that our comments are intended to make future stays more comfortable.

This is a very clean and well-equipped place. We wanted a place near campus and this fit the bill. It is on the edge of an area that is a bit more run down, but we never felt unsafe or anything. The host was easy to contact when we had a question and sent someone to help us out in a matter of minutes.

This property is a hidden gem. The house has 4 bedrooms all with king beds. Host was awesome and very responsive to any questions. Will definitely be back.

It was a wonderful stay.as you entered the home and looked around you could tell the host made a concentrated effort to make his guests feel at home - as all things in the house was put in place to make the stay as comfortable as can be.Thumbs up to the host.

Very convenient and great value.

This property was super convenient for us. As a group of cyclists, the location is just south of the university and broadway. A quick trip east up Broadway cycling lane to Treat street is the bike boulevard which you can use to access the loop. The house is directly across from Safeway so groceries etc. easy when you have no vehicle. Any minor issues were corrected within minutes e.g. propane in BBQ was low - I contacted the owner and he arrived with a tank in 10 minutes! Hot tub was a bonus :) All details as described in VRBO listing.

Great location - perfect for cyclist

The house was perfect for an all guys trip of cyclist. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the proximity to Safeway proved to be very valuable. At least one person went to Safeway every day to get some food, coffee and anything they forgot to bring on the trip. Very close to downtown for great dinner options.

Great little house

This cottage was a great place for our family of 4. It is well kept, clean, has lots of thoughtful touches and very comfortable beds and pillows! It is not a fancy neighborhood but felt quite safe inside the house and is very convenient to shops and restaurants.would rent again!

Cozy house, convenient lication

This 3-bedroom, 2-bath house was the perfect size for our small family get-together and in a convenient downtown area. Pretty small kitchen, but lots of seating in the living room, dining area, and on back patio. Large TVs in all three bedrooms. There were a few small items not there that would have been helpful and I mentioned them to property manager for future guests. Communication with owner/manager was excellent - I was able to text or call and got immediate responses. We woukd stay there again!

The property was as described. Older home with a galley kitchen but totally renovated. Rooms were very spacious with very comfortable king size beds. Great back yard to relax in with a jacuzzi and lighting for the evening to wind down and relax. Fully stocked with kitchen items for cooking a meal we had 6 in our group and very spacious. All the amenities of home and host was very responsive. As described by others in an industrial area but don’t let the location and area deter you. Once you are in the home it is cozy and homey.

My new place in Tucson

This house was the perfect getaway for visiting our daughter who attends UofA. The area could be better, but that’s actually all of Tucson. We felt completely safe. The backyard was the best relaxing spot. The jacuzzi was inviting. It had everything we needed and a grocery store across the street. Will stay again

Perfect for us

Comfortable beds, lots of places to sit, cute galley kitchen with both a kcup and regular coffee maker. Neighborhood was more industrial with a Safeway across the road and other businesses close by but it fit our needs perfectly.

Very nice place to stay in Tucson. Kind of in the middle of an industrial area, but the wonderful backyard area provided privacy and a great place to sit back and relax. Having a supermarket right across the street was a real plus.
