Sunsets from your balcony ! Swim in the pool , relax in the hot tub after launching your kayak or a workout in the fitness area. Day boat dock as well for your friends to pick you up or drop you off by boat. All amenities provided- shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, (paraben free) sleep masks, slippers, everything you could need! Kitchen is fully stocked for eating inside, or a BBQ by the pool . Complimentary Welcome bottle of your choice of wine and coffee. Assortment of teas, sea salt & pepper grinders, and homemade balsamic olive oil dressing
Master bedroom with king size bed with allergy protection covers on mattress and pillows. en suite bathroom with shower, washer dryer and walk in closet.
2nd bedroom/den has a very comfortable sofa pullout, barn doors, small closet
15 minutes from famous beaches -Siesta Key , Lido , St. Armands Circle , Longboat key. 5 mins to downtown Sarasota to experience the Arts & Culture . Take a stroll to the New Bay Project down the road. The possibilities are endless !
8 day minimum. For All Animals extra $250 cleaning charge* & $150 HOA application fee

Just as listed online
We had a pleasant stay. Everything was the same as shown online. Hosts were easy to work with and communicate with. Clear instructions and house rules were provided. Host checked in with us a few times during stay to ensure all was well. Property had security gate. Garage and hallways were well lit. Pool was fantastic and property had lovely landscaping. Condo was new with modern decor. Nice view of water from deck. Owners provided many little extras in condo, (more so than expected) so nothing had to be purchased. Recommended! Would have no hesitation to stay here again!

Amazing spot in Sarasota
The communication with the host was oustanding. Location, safety and proximity to downtown and beaches are the highlights while chossing this property. Once in the property, everything you need for your stay is there for you.... the list is endless. Highly recommend this vrbo property.
