Great Condo

We had a wonderful time in Siesta Key. The condo was beautiful and clean and had everything you could possibly need. Sheri, the property manager was very helpful with everything we asked about. Also a short walk to the beach. Would definitely go back.

Awesome vacation

The property was very clean. The walk to the beach was farther than i thought, but was still good. Location was nice. The Trolley was a benefit. The pool was very well kept. Would definitely come back. Had an awesome time. A+ in our books.

Wonderful spring break visit.

Incredibly well stocked kitchen. Very quiet. Beds were quite comfortable. Condo was clean, and had been recently updated. It had a very nice style and look. Super easy access from parking area to front door. When we had questions, Sherry was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay very much. We would definitely book this condo again.

Perfect vacation

Very easy for me never having done this before. Property was perfectly prepared for my visit better than expected and described. Clean well equipped ready for my visit. Short walk to restaurants, night spots, shopping and across the street from beach. Close to everything you need for a beautiful vacation no car necessary. Pool grill and patio area fresh and clean for outdoor eating pool was crystal clear maintained to perfection even down to pool toys. I highly recommend this vacation spot. I will be returning

Good condo,needing a few details

The condo looked very new and clean.The location and proxsimity to the beach was misleading in the description of the unit. the complex was quiet and well kept. I felt that while the kitchen was great, I could not find a blender for use. I did call the owner because there were no washcloths in our linen supply and only 3 hand towels. He responded and brought some less than average quality linens. The TV format is not set up correctly but that is an easy fix.Having the car directly outside our door was great.I felt that for the price, there should have been laundry units in the condo.. I met the owner and felt he was honestly concerned about his property and our satisfaction. I did not call him about the items I mentioned because I am not a complainer and didn't want to bother him more than once.I liked the check in and door look process, made arrival easy..

Tolle Unterkunft für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern, viel Stauraum, bestens ausgestattet, 10 Min zu Fuß zum Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie fußläufig bequem erreichbar, Parkplatz vor der Tür. Zwei kleine Kritikpunkte: direkte Straßenlage kann anstrengend sein, kein Hochstuhl zu kriegen, das ist mit einem kleinen Kind etwas nervig.

Great place to stay

We stayed here the end of February and the first week of March. Easy walk to the beach, close to stores, restaurants, Capt Curts, post office. Trolley pick up right outside in front of condo. Kitchen had everything you needed, living room carpet needed to be cleaned. Everything else was clean. Towels, beach towels, beach umbrella and beach chairs were included. We had a great time, would stay here again. Thank you for renting this out, perfect location.

Dirty carpet, traffic loud right outside front screened in porch, rattan see through blinds on windows... privacy poor. Master bath was old and small, ceiling was peeling and cracked. Pool was nice, clean. Friendly community of neighbors. About 5 minutes to public beach. Markets and restaurants nearby. Trolley goes by every 20 minutes. Would not stay in this unit again.

Clean, Excellent Location.

We were very pleased with our rental. The location was within walking distance of almost everything we needed. Beach is fantastic. This unit was fully equipped, even beach chairs and an umbrella. We will definitely consider this our first choice if we return to Siesta Key.

The place was beautiful and comfortable. The construction that was going on, was a problem at times

This place was very comfortable. Very clean and a great place to stay. We were so close to everything! It needed some pot holders and kitchen towels, so we bought a few and left them. There was a dumpster and small construction trailer very close to our parking spot. They did not take into consideration that people were on vacation. I will remember to ask about anything like that before I book next time.

Home Away From Home

We were pleasantly surprised by this condo, not having stayed in this area before. It was clean, well laid-out with plenty of dishes, sheets, pillows etc. The mattresses were very comfortable and the unit was very clean. Joseph was easy to contact if we had any needs; quick responses. We enjoyed the local fish and french restaurants as well as some in the Village, particularly "The Cottage"; free trolley was an added bonus. Great kayaking at Turtle Beach!

I stayed in this condo for three weeks. It is a very clean beautiful condo. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need Everything is new and comfortable. The staff at Vista Hermosa are very kind and helpful. It is a great location. The owner is wonderful to work with and has created an ideal condo. I loved my stay and look forward to coming again.
