Just minutes from Lake Michigan’s beaches, Muskegon’s vibrant downtown, and nearby state parks, this thoughtfully designed 300 sq. ft. retreat offers modern comfort in a convenient location.
Please note: This unit is located on the second floor and requires stairs to access (6 steps, landing, then 6 additional steps).
Living Space
This private studio is designed for comfort and simplicity. Inside, you’ll enjoy WiFi, air conditioning, and a 42" Smart TV for streaming and relaxing after a day of exploring. The modern walk-in shower provides a refreshing space to unwind.
Kitchenette
For your convenience, the studio includes a microwave, mini fridge, and a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee, sugar, and cream. While ideal for light meals and morning coffee, please note that this unit does not have a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, or washer and dryer.
We’ve also stocked the space with essentials including shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a hair dryer to make packing easier.

We are a small boutique hotel property with only five private studio rental units. Each has its own updated bathroom and shower. There is a smart lock to enter the building as well as one on each of the rental units. Each floor has a general lobby area, and there is a closet with extra amenities if guests should need them during their stay. A great perk during your stay is that we provide the coffee & coffee essentials in each room.
