Welcome to beauty at the beach! This one bedroom condo has been fully renovated with brand new furnishings from top to bottom. Catch ocean views from the front, covered patio and head to the back of the condo for a front-row seat to Carolina Beach Lake Park, where you can walk to Saturday farmer's markets or enjoy a quiet stroll around the water. When you're ready to head out, you are just steps from direct access to the beach and a short walk to the boardwalk where all the action happens.

I was born and raised in Indiana. I left Hoosierland when I went to college at Samford University in Birmingham, AL where I pursued a degree in Broadcast Journalism. My adventures in TV news took me to many cities, finally landing me a dream job in a dream town. I worked as an evening anchor in Wilmington from 2011-2013. Since my time in this beautiful town I’ve developed a passion for its people, beautiful landscape and of course, delicious food. It is truly a southern gem.
