The property is close to Seaworld/Aquatica, hospitals, and Lackland AFB. It is also near movie theaters (Santikos Casa Blanca, Regal, and Westlakes) and several restaurants. Pets are welcome as the house is fully tiled. It's also close to freeways 410, 151 and 1604. 14 miles away from the airport and 17 miles away from the Riverwalk.
Furnished home with attached garage. Utilities are included with rent with a cap of $200 on electricity. If there is an overage the tenant will be responsible for the overage and will be billed along with a copy of the CPS statement. Notify the host on how many pets. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $150 to disinfect property after each reservation added to the cleaning service (Covers up to two pets. Additional pets will incur an additional charge). It is the tenant's responsibility to pick up any pet waste from the yard. One-time cleaning fee of $250 non-refundable.
