Traditional Romanian cottage w/firepit, huge garden

”Dimineti in Cerdac” house has a Romanian traditional look but also all the modern facilities you need for a relaxing stay. It can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.
The porch that gracefully surrounds two sides of the house, the tree house, the campfire place, the garden guarded by old trees, the cobbled alleys and the swing in the yard are just a few details that I invite you to discover on your own.
We are located in Piatra Neamt, Romania, close to Bacau airport.
"Dimineți în Cerdac" Guesthouse opened in 2022 and combines the authentic Romanian elements, the charm of childhood joy and a special symbolism that can be found in every corner of this accommodation place.

The house, built with tremendous care is located in Piatra Neamț, it has a traditional house appearance but it is enriched with discreet modern facilities.
The comfort of our guests is enhanced by 4 bathrooms, 2 large living rooms, one of which is equipped with a traditional stove with a heated bed placed in an open kitchen and several inside and outside relaxation areas. The huge garden that surrounds the house is inhabited by old trees, cheerful birds and little wild animals. It was carefully arranged to become a safe playground for children, a private green spot where you may hide from heat in the Summer or to become a private snow slide for having fun during Winter.

Eine sehr gute und schöne Erfahrung

Eine sehr gute Kommunikation im Vorfeld. Alle Fragen zum Objekt, Gegend, Freizeitmöglichkeiten u, v. m. wurden uns ausführlich beantwortet. Das Ferienhaus und der sehr großzügige Garten waren genau so schön, wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Fotos. Das Haus war sehr sauber und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es hat sehr viele, schöne, aufeinanderabgestimmte Details. Die Räume sind sehr großzügig und sehr schön eingerichtet, ebenfalls die Bäder. Die Küche und die Speisekammer waren sehr gut eingerichtet. Es gab viele Gewürze, die man kostenlos verwenden durfte. Sehr schön und gut schmeckend das Willkomenspacket. Vielen Dank dafür. Der Garten, den wir bei schönem Wetter genossen, ist wunderschön, weitläufig, mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten, die zum Entspannen einladen. Es gibt viel Platz für Aktivitäten im Freien auf dem Gelände. Wir hatten bis auf Leselampen am Bett nichts vermisst.Leider war das Ferienhaus doppelt gebucht, so dass wir kürzer bleiben konnten, als wir ursprünglich planten. Für alles möchten wir uns bedanken und wünschen alles Gute!

We are Lavinia and Horațiu - your hosts and a few years ago we inherited the garden and the cobe little cottage that would become a warm and welcoming holiday guesthouse. Great-grandmother Sofica gave them to her daughter Valerica, and grandmother passed them to me, one of her 2 granddaughters. The story of this mysterious binding between the women of different generations in our family and this place is discreetly told by the spindle symbol we choose as ornaments of our wooden porch.
Each of the 4 rooms of the house each has its own name and story. The Hitchcock Room, Dănuț, Sofica and Valerica were all inspired by the people in our lives, people with whom we share the attachment for this fairytale place!

"Dimineți în Cerdac'' Guesthouse is turnkey rented and self-catering, it is a place specially designed to offer safety to the little ones but also for being accessible to old or disabed people.
We practice nature-friendly tourism encouraging our guests to observe and protect the wonderful biodiversity of our forest neighboring garden. You will find here all you need to spend a quality holliday but in organising our services you'll find us trying to avoid resources waste of any kind. We enjoy supporting the local producers' small community and we encourage slow tourism by discreetly assisting our guests to discover the most beautiful places and experiences this region has to offer.
