My parents built this lovely cape house here on the North Fork of Long Island. Recently renovated. Nicely appointed. 4 Bedrooms. 2 Full Bathrooms. Living Room (55" Smart TV) + Sunny Den (65" Smart TV) + Large Screened Porch overlooking the manicured lawn with seasonal gardens.

Guests enjoy the sunny den along with a large, screened porch that features comfortable seating along with an additional outdoor dining table and kitchen efficiency cabinets with a sink and kitchen pass-through window.
