Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space right by the ocean. This waterfront condo is located in the Sandpiper Condominiums. There is an ocean view from the balcony, which spans from the main bedroom to the living room. Once you exit the space, guests have full access to the famous Brigantine Beach. The building is approximately 5 miles away from the excitement of Atlantic City. The condo is walking distance to restaurants, tennis courts, mini golf, a roller rink, and playgrounds.
The space
Unit is very stylish with an open floorplan. Comfortable, fully equipped kitchen and fully decorated living room both give the condominium a true beachy feel and look.
Guest access
Beach chairs, coolers, beach tags, the swimming pool, and parking spaces are all available for use.
Other things to note
Outdoor shower is available near pool.

Great place to stay right by the beach

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, the complex is right by everything you need. Plenty of space and perfect beach escape.

Sand piper condo

This unit was amazing. It was newly updated and spotless. It had everyamenity that we needed. The air conditioning worked like a dream. We had no complaints about this condo. It was just myself and my daughter staying. We felt super safe and very welcomed by the residents. We will likely rent again when we visit the area.

The condo is lovely with everything you need and even though it is one bedroom, it is very spacious. The only thing I was not pleased about was the lack of TV cable service and channels. I had to use my own temporary Google TV account on the available Fire TV to get some decent channels. Wifi worked great and I would definitely stay here again. Communication with the owner was veery easy. Carts are available at the ground level to help bring your stuff up to the room which is very convenient.

3rd Year GREAT getaway

This is my 3rd year booking this condo. It is only 45 minutes from my house but is so relaxing to be on the beach but to be able to relax by the pool.

Beautiful condo in a welcoming building

We had a wonderful stay in a clean well taken care of building with friendly neighbors! My daughter had kids her age to play with and overall felt welcomed like family. Condo was clean and huge for a 1 bedroom.

Perfect place for a family to stay

We loved this place so much! It is decorated so nicely and has everything you could possibly need during your stay. The owner is very nice, great communication, and the condo complex is full of super friendly people in a quiet/safe area. Don’t be fooled by the one bedroom aspect. There is a LOT of space. And it was very handy to have 1.5 bathrooms. We will definitely consider staying here again but we will pack a lot lighter because so much is already here in the condo. Felt like a home away from home. Just a few notes on Brigantine itself. Many of the beaches are wide/long so if anyone in your family has mobility issues, considering the varying distances you have to walk on the soft sand at the various beaches. Also, not many places serve food past 9-10:00. We are late night folks and ended up grocery shopping instead of eating out because nothing was open. The Acme is like 2 mins away from the condo - super convenient.

Beautiful and pleasant area

We traveled in from the Pittsburgh area. The condo was easy to find after entering into Brigantine. The rental unit felt welcoming with it's ocean theme decorations and cleanliness. It is located right off the beach, but the walkway to the beach is long. Brigantine Beach is beautiful and the breezes coming off the ocean felt great! I would definitely return!
