1500 sq ft of living space. 150 sq/m. With another 1500 sq ft of private deck space.
Grill out by the plunge pool watching the sunset.
Community pool with additional hottub.
7 min ride on ATV to the beach - 15 min bike ride.

Walk to main road of Tulum in 5 min.
Free parking with24 hour security
You can easily go by bike to the beach, or jaunt around town.
Walk to the main road of Tulum in 5 minutes – for shopping, restaurants, and more. (1 minute on bike or ATV)
Right of Kukulkan road to the beach – be at the beach in 5 min on the ATV.
We rent the ATV – all insurance, fees, everything, for $55 a day or $105 for 3 full days.
By pedal bike, get there in 12 minutes down a newly paved road to the beach.

It is a jewel located in Tulum town centre, far enough from the crowd and noises and close enough to everything!
- 10 min driving to the wonderful Tulum beach (right off the Kukulcan road)
- 10 min walking or 3 min driving to town centre
- close by some of the best restaurants, bars, shops in Tulum
Each unit has a private heated jacuzzi on private balcony, most have private roof top pool, and Intima offers an amazing comunal pool with pool bar.
Fast WIFI, 24 hrs security, free parking, and all of our units are full-equipped.
