Quaint studio located in lovely San Miquel Independence Ranch.
situated along the Pleasant Valley Wine Trail. With 360 views on 10 acres. Private deck for your personal use. You are 20 minutes from downtown Paso Robles. Be back early the Sunsets are amazing from here! We live on the property, we have 2 very friendly but active German Shepard that roam the property. We want your stay to be perfect we are very relaxed on check in and check out just give us a heads up. If you need anything please ask!

Beautiful property

A friend and I came up for my birthday and the property is fabulous. It’s very clean and inviting. The view is absolutely breathtaking. You won’t be sorry if you book here.

Quiet and Beautiful

Pat and Jeff were wonderful and very kind and accommodating. The accomodations were very clean and had everything you need. If your looking for a place to stay that gives you a beautiful quiet refuge from the crowds, this place is perfect.

The perfect getaway!

My husband and I had the best stay at Pat and Jeff’s property! It is beyond breathtaking and they are the absolute sweetest. We felt so at home and comfortable. We can’t wait to come back and enjoy the patio with some wine!

Pat and Jeff are outstanding! I got married yesterday in San Miguel, and they went out of their way to make me and my bride feel so special. From a hand written welcome sign congratulating us, to napkins that read Mr. & Mrs., to a fine bottle of red J. Lohr and box of Truffle Sees candy I cannot put into words how exceptional our stay was. They put so much love and care into everything! They had fresh fruit, yummy blueberry scones, Nespresso Machine with delicious coffee.. they even had a gallon of water waiting for us to help us hydrate the morning after even though they already provided a fridge stocked with bottles of water! They put that much care into your stay with them.. the bed is massive I’m 6’6 and my bride and I had plenty of room to sprawl out on their Cali King. Fresh sheets, fresh towels, and even CHARMIN TP! I mean it really did feel like I was staying back with my mom during spring vacation in college, you will absolutely feel at home here. Their dogs are beautiful and so so friendly! Their property is magical, make sure to pour a cup of Nespresso and sit out on the porch with a good book at sun up. Pat and Jeff, thank you thank you from the bottom of our hearts, we will be back! Book a stay here people don’t even think twice, this is an outstanding place to rest your head.
