Short-term summer-autumn rental in excellent Martin County School Zone...Citrus Grove Elementary, Hidden Oaks Middle School, and Martin County High School!

Ideal for the relocating family in need of short-term housing solution while closing on a house or familiarizing with the area for long-term homeownership. We offer a 90-day minimum rental at a reasonable rate. Possibility to extend available.

Large Tropical 2-acre Wooded Estate with pool, lanai, outdoor shower, and over 2000 sq ft of living space with three bedrooms and two baths within walking distance of restaurants, golf courses, and walking paths. Ten miles to Stuart beach, and 40 miles to the Palm Beach Intl Airport.

Enjoy morning coffee from the lanai gazing into the serene wooded preserve. Walk, run, or bike ride, take a dip in the pool, refresh in the outdoor shower, or play a round of golf all inside this lovely gated community. Enjoy Treasure Coast beaches and restaurants in historic downtown Stuart or venture to Palm Beach 35 minutes to the south! Publix, Walgreens, restaurants, and bars are all within walking distance! Well-behaved small doggies are welcome!

Your tropical hideaway is central to all things Florida. Two hours from Disney, 100 miles from Miami, and within 25 miles of three Spring Training Baseball Teams.

Relaxing and comfortable!

Property was very comfortable and homey. Pool was bigger than most which was nice. Not heated, but still enjoyable. Property is large and very shady. It's like being in your own private park. Home was well equipped other than we could have used a few more pans. We like to cook more than most, so that's not a negative towards the home. Homeowner was absolutely the best to deal with! Left us a gift basket upon arrival and was available with any questions during our stay. A+

Palm City retreat

A beautiful authentic American home, spotlessly clean and set in beautiful woods, with very much a home away from home feel. The photos give a very fair impression of the property, if anything it was a little larger than we expected. The garden is a lovely place to relax and scan the woods and sky for the local wildlife. The booking and rental were well managed, we had all the information we needed well in advance. When we did need to get in touch during our stay Ann was very quick to deal with any questions.
