Classic Boutique Farmhouse - Walk to Town - Historic Charm

Enjoy a stylish experience at the Farmhouse apartment in Dover. Housed in a 1900s farmhouse that has been updated with modern amenities, the Farmhouse is your ideal location centrally located to everything the Seacoast has to offer.

Looking for a place to crash while visiting family in the area? Visiting Portsmouth but don't want to pay the crazy downtown prices? Visiting your kids at UNH? Traveling for work? We've got you covered.

We are within walking distance to downtown Dover (5 min) but just far enough that you will have a quiet and peaceful stay. We are also a 10 min drive to both Portsmouth/Kittery and UNH.

The condo is one side of a duplex in a residential neighborhood. There are NO parties allowed since it is a shared space. For every additional guest who stays at the condo (in addition to the number of guests on the reservation), there is a $100 per guest fee.

We have a front porch with chairs as well as a backyard with grill and dining table for your entertainment. The outdoor space is shared with the other half of the duplex.

All bedrooms are upstairs which require stairs.

Pets are allowed for an additional $200 pet fee as we deep clean after each pet stays with us.

We do have cameras outside for insurance and security purposes.

The condo has 2 dedicated parking spots directly in front of the unit as well as additional free street parking as needed.

Wonderful stay in Dover

We had a great stay in Dover. We were up visiting our daughter at UNH and the location was perfect. Easy walk to town to explore shops and restaurants. House was clean and comfortable. We will be returning!

Great location!

Great location and an easy walk to downtown shops and restaurants. Beds were very comfy and the towels were so soft and fluffy!!! Host answered texts very quickly.

Very nice property in an excellent location. Beautiful neighborhood for strolling and looking at beautiful homes. Nearby walking trail and within walking distance of downtown.

Enjoyed our stay - super clean - everything you need in Dover

The property is exactly as advertised, clean farmhouse (old home with all the creaks and charm you'd expect from an old farmhouse) but it's meticulously maintained with fresh paint, and it's got everything you need. The hosts are very experienced and prepared the property expertly. We really had no issues at all - the only surprise if for someone who isn't regularly staying in a duplex - the sounds can carry - but again - nothing to worry about- just something people may experience. Highly recommended and I'd stay here again. The location is close to everything in Dover. Walk to trails, restaurants etc.

Great condo in a great location.

We enjoyed our stay here. Property is in a prime location to visit friends and family all along the seacoast. Close to lots of great places to eat as well. Nice spacious downstairs great for hosting some family we hadn’t see in a while. Kitchen was well equipped for cooked meals during our stay as well. Chris was a wonderful host, there was a slight hiccup upon arrival and Chris handled it immediately and stuck around to assure the issue was resolved before leaving the area. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely rent here again during our next trip to the seacoast area!

Weekend in Dover

The property was very clean and the host, Chris, was great at communicating before and after our stay. The house was nicely appointed but had a few issues giving it a 4 from us. The outside stairs were in disrepair and the bedrooms were small to move around in. It was very nice but for the price I would have liked at least a half bath on the lower level and less tight quarters.

Dover Farmouse

Nice renovated farmhouse in Dover that is one half of a duplex. House was very clean and well appointed. Owners made our check in very easy and we’re available for any issues - we had none. The property was in walking distance of downtown Dover with its many great coffee shops, restaurants, and pubs along with a nice children’s museum. Downtown Portsmouth was under 20 minute drive. This is a very good property and price point - would stay here again!

Perfect Location for a New England Sea Coast Getaway

Our visit to the New Hampshire Sea Coast couldn't have been any better with our stay at the Classic Boutique Farmhouse. From the reservation, through check-in and throughout our stay our Hosts were one of the main reasons this trip went off without a hitch. The house is perfectly situated in Dover, NH within walking distance of the beautiful and quaint town center. The restaurants, shops and local attractions were just steps away. Our host provided great recommendations for meals and things to do. We took day trips to Concord and Portsmouth NH all wishing just a few miles of the property. The house is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. We will definitely stay again on our next adventure into New England. I highly recommend staying at this location.

Great stay in downtown Dover!

This 3 bedroom adorable old Farmhouse was perfect for our family of 4. The house is centrally located and within walking distance to everything in downtown Dover. The beds were comfy and the house was super clean when we arrived. Communication with Chris was easy throughout the rental process. We would happily stay at the house again for our next visit to Dover. Thanks for a great stay!
