The Space

• Ocean Blue is the bottom unit of the building shown
• Golf cart charger onsite
• Spacious outdoor area with garden, sitting & dining area.
• Recently updated with new furniture throughout

• Fully equipped kitchen to meet all your needs - Keurig Coffee Machine included!
• Washer & Dryer in Unit
• High-speed WiFi
• Smart Roku TV's
• Pack & Play available if needed
• Reserved off-street parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway
• We supply bed linens & bath towels. Beach towels also provided
• We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.
• Please note that we do require a signed rental agreement.

Pet Fee:
• Please message us for pet approval prior to booking.
• Pets MUST be added to your reservation during the booking process. Once added, the $100 pet fee is included as part of the nightly rate (spread out equally over the course of the stay) and in the total price at checkout.
• Pet fee is non-refundable and is a flat rate for the stay.
• Limit is 2 dogs; no other animals permitted.
• Must pick up all droppings from pet(s).
• Dogs must be fully housebroken.
• Dogs are not permitted on furniture or linens.

House Rules:
• NO SMOKING. If anything is smoked inside, you will incur a $200 fee for deodorization treatment.
• Check-in time is 4:00PM and check out by 10:00AM. Early check ins and late check outs are not available due to our cleaning schedules.
• No parking on premises before check in time or after check out time.
• Self check-in with keyless PIN code lock
• In order to avoid potential staining, please do NOT use bleach to clean anything during your stay. We have professional cleaners who will use bleach appropriately in between guests to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
• Only stainless steel cleaners may be used on stainless steel appliances. Other cleaners will cause stainless steel to rust, so please do not use them on the appliances.
• Visitors must be approved by the host.
• Be respectful of our neighbors. Keep noise volume low and no walking through neighbors yards.
• Do not burn incense, essential oils, or similar items. These scents are difficult to remove before the next guest checks in, and some guests may have sensitivity to smells.
• Guest must sign a rental agreement.

Great Beach Getaway

Our family of four loved this place. Great location, clean, and updated. We rented a golf cart and it was the best fit for us. The owners were very kind, easy to communicate with and made sure we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommned.

Oasis at Carolina Beach, NC

We were extremely impressed with how clean this property was, how attentive and prompt the owners were with everything. The fenced in yard with covered porch was our favorite spot with our dogs! We did not want to leave and hopefully we will be able to make this a yearly spot.

Great location within walking distance of everything. Also easy driving into Wilmington and Kure beach. Fenced in yard for pets were great. The property was also well maintained and clean

A little slice of heaven

Great place! We loved the lay-out, fans in the bedrooms, large dining and family rooms. Could use a dehumidifier. We had a great time. Would rent again. Thanks!

Best Family Vacation Ever!!!

This was by far the best decision and best family vacation ever. We had lost many in our blended family and needed a get away. We heard the weather was going to be bad but still went anyway. The host kept us in the loop of everything from arrival to departure. We ended up getting to houses, this house was the main house for dinner and fellowship. My Mother and Father In Law came and were amazed at the beauty of the house. It’s a must stay. I do not have one negative thing to say about this home. Everything was perfect….this really made our family realize the beauty of making family time precious. Thank you so very much for the cleanliness of the home, we had everything we needed but the sun! 😂 I definitely recommend this home to my family and friends and anybody I know! Again, thank you for making our vacation special!

Spring Break

Great place for a family vacation! The property was clean, roomy, and comfortable. The little yard was great for the dogs and kids. The owners were fantastic to work with. They are very quick to answer any questions. We would definitely stay here again. The only suggestion I have would be to add some window coverings and maybe dressers in the bedroom.

Wonderful Family Getaway

We (a family of 5 plus 2 fur-babies) did Thanksgiving Weekend here. Nothing but good things to say. What a great setup, everything we needed to prepare and set out a great feast was already there. Access to the beach, access to the dog park, access to everything in the area.

Great beach house!

Family enjoyed a great weekend in this house. Nicely furnished and plenty of space. Fenced in back yard made it easy with our dog. If you are traveling with a dog this place is perfect! Great communication with the owner as well, but we had no issues at all! Would stay again.

Clean excellent location

The property is exactly as it looks online which is usually not the case extremely clean, cute cozy place. The host were amazing responded quickly and so helpful since we had never been to the area before. Definitely going back.

Carolina Beach Condo

The location of the property to the beach was great. The unit was very spacious and accommodating. The condo has recently been renovated but wasn't completed 100%. There were no dressers in the rooms and most of the closest had no hardware to hang clothes. I'm definitely not bashing the condo cause it was great and we will most likely stay again. I would recommend adding a grill as well.

Had a blast, wish we could have stayed longer!

The place is a new rental, so very clean and well stocked. It’s deceptively long and has plenty of space despite its unique layout. Stayed very cool during a brutally hot week. We wanted to enjoy the property more but mosquitoes were out in force, but great little yard, perfect for our dog. Being a new rental property, there are a handful of kinks to work out. But the PM was super responsive to everything we asked or suggested, and I think it will definitely benefit future renters. We will definitely be one of those future renters if the opportunity presents itself!

Loved this adorable rental!

My husband discovered this VRBO listing, and was immediately drawn to this property. It was reasonably priced, adorably staged, and seemed to check all the boxes! Upon arrival we were able to check in easily, and had no issues. During our stay the property managers were easily accessible, and very helpful! We did have one little hang up when we first arrived, as the air conditioning shut off unexpectedly. But after contacting them, and receiving a quick response, they sent someone out as soon as they could! For future guests, I would recommend renting a golf cart as the house is a little under a half mile away from beach access. As a parent of small children, that would have made our beach-going much easier- but now we know for next time! We will absolutely be back!
