Beautifully placed on Pleasure Island, halfway between Kure Beach Pier and Carolina Beach boardwalk, this duplex is located on a quiet street. It has hardwood floors, two beautiful ocean-side decks, an outdoor shower, grill, and parking for four vehicles. The 4 bedrooms include a master with en-suite bath. Spacious room for small groups looking for fun in the sun with 3 multi-mile beach options and plenty of shopping, restaurants and nightlife.

We have loved Pleasure Island / Carolina Beach for a long time and will be celebrating 20 years of ownership of our beach home in 2025. We love helping others discover one of the best beaches and pleasure-rich islands on the East Coast, so ask us lots of questions!

Our neighborhood is perfect for a number of reasons. It is a quiet spot on the island without much traffic or noise pollution. We are either an easy drive, golf cart trip, or bike to everything on the island (1-3 miles from everything). Highlights include North Beach, Fort Fisher, Aquarium, Carolina Beach boardwalk and amusement park, Kure Beach pier, and lots of restaurants, shops and bars.

With a large amount of space, our place is a great space for families or 3-4 couples. Our place is setup to relax with the fastest internet for streaming on 5 TVs at night. We are also pet-friendly, with great neighbors, and 1 block from a 3-mile walking/biking trail that traverses the woods on the back side of the island.
We also offer free 50amp EV charging, backed by a large solar array.
