Snowbirds are welcome!

Reservations include beach gear credit ($35 daily), personalized to fit your needs. Beach gear options include kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, corn hole, and much more. A link to customize the beach package will be provided after the reservation is confirmed. Applicable for stay durations between 3-21 nights.

Sunsets on Seagrove in coveted Windmark Beach is a brand-new construction home offering 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, double kitchens and double living rooms, accommodating 10--. The attached suite provides additional privacy, which is great for extended families and large groups. Located beside the community pool with bay views, only several hundred yards away from St. Joseph Bay. Sunsets on Seagrove faces West offering stunning cotton candy skies dusk and dawn. The City Center offers a shared (heated) pool, bars, restaurants, gym, and shopping. There are nature trails to enjoy and miles of coastline to explore with deeded beach access.

The primary bedroom features a king bed with en suite bathroom, sitting chair, and flat screen TV. The primary bathroom features a double vanity, walk in shower, soaking tub, and large closet. Turning in for the night is easy at Sunsets on Seagrove, with four bedrooms to choose from.

The first guest bedroom features a queen bed with plenty of natural light for reading.

The second guest bedroom features a double over double bunk bed with a sitting chair.

Located between the aforementioned guest bedrooms is a guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The attached suite features its own living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom! The living room is outfitted with a full sofa, love seat, and large flat screen TV. This living room features an Xbox 1 with games! The second kitchen is fully stocked to handle any of your dine in meals; complete with a full-size refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee pot. The suite bedroom offers a king size bed with ample closet space. The bathroom features a tub/shower combination.

The garage features ample parking with a level 2 electric vehicle charger. The lawn is large, lush, and fenced for the safety of your fur babies. Please be mindful, a starter supply of amenities are provided. Depending on the guest's length of stay, additional amenities may have to be purchased.

• Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
• Dog friendly property. Up to 2 dogs permitted (60 lb maximum per dog). $125 nonrefundable pet fee. Cats and restricted
dog breeds are not permitted.
• Signed rental agreement required prior to arrival.
• Credit card processing fees are nonrefundable. No exceptions.
• Guests may be charged for stained or damaged linens and towels.
• Pool heat is provided October through November and March through April.

Very, very clean! Loved the Suite, having its own door was great. 2 families could stay and not even see each other! The pool was very close. The boardwalk was a small trek with easy walking, all the way to the beach. We never needed the property owner/management, as everything from booking, to checking in and then checking out was super simple. The garage was stocked with 2 adult bicycles and everything you could possibly need for the beach! I wish we would have had time to use the 2 kayaks provided in the garage! Neighborhood was kid and dog friendly. Took bike rides and walks. Look forward to a return visit!!!

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful, well-equipped, pet-friendly house just steps from the boardwalk to the beach. It had everything we needed and provided a great lay out to accommodate two families with sufficient privacy, separate TV/living rooms, and all the kitchen gear needed to make family meals. I especially appreciated the fenced back yard (so that we could let the dog out easily) and the pet-focused accomodations. The house was conveniently located steps from the resort pool and was just a lovely boardwalk stroll to a quiet, natural, dog-friendly beach. And it came with a credit for beach gear that came in super useful, especially when loaded onto the beach trolley provided. I will definitely stay here again!

We loved this property. The location was perfect with the proximity to the pool, the ability to walk out the door straight to the pool was great. The inside was spacious and clean and the large table was nice for sit down dinners. The neighborhood was new and close to everything.

Great location

Great new house that is right across the street from a spacious well-maintained community pool and a short walk to the beach. Nice location on windmark beach between St Joe Beach and the town of Port St Joe. House was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies and games. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Great location

This house is next to the future community pool thats currently being built. The pool will also have a boardwalk that leads to the beach. Great location! Looking forward to booking again!

Week at windmark

I felt the house was very roomy and the owners put a lot of thought into the comfort and care of our stay. The best part was the big kitchen table for everyone to sit at and enjoy each other's company. This place is 10/10.

Great place, home is new, has beach gear and bikes, good way to get around as house is not directly on the beach. Keep in mind there's construction going on in neighborhood

There was a problem with the water smelling horrible. We stayed that night bc it was so late, but left early next morning so we could shower. Texted owner after10:00 to let her know we had left. She said she was taking handyman to look at it, but we had already checked into hotel.

Perfect house. Wrong location!

The inside pictures were accurate but there are no pictures of the outside property. The house that they have in the line-up of pictures, is not the house you will be staying. Very confusing and disappointed upon arrival. The kitchen is not equipped with any corningware or enough pots for a party of 10. The towels are also very thin and not enough for everyone sleeping at the house. And not enough washcloths or handtowels. The grill also has a bad connection with the propane tank, so we were not able to grill out.

HI Jennifer, I wish you'd alerted us to your needs during your stay as we are always available to help. We have noted ongoing construction in the listing description, so we have not taken exterior pictures beyond the aerial shot provided. The building referenced during your stay is the City Center. Sunsets on Seagrove is just as close to the water, if not closer, than the building referenced. I am sorry you are not content with the pictures.

Family Vacation

This was a wonderful, well appointed home that had everything we needed to make our time there memorable. The attached suite was perfect for our family. It was obvious that much thought and care went into trying to anticipate the guests needs. It was the simple things that made the home special. We loved the different games and there were plenty of beach towels and beach gear. The home is directly across the street from the pool. The pool was a huge hit and much needed alternative to the beach. (I’ll say more about that later.). We encountered a couple minor issues but the rental company and owner were quick in their response and made sure we had what we needed. They went above and beyond! Now the beach…. There is a short boardwalk off the pool area that goes towards the beach. Unfortunately it only goes to the edge of the property. It does not continue to the beach. We found it extremely arduous to navigate the walk to the actual beach area. We had 5 adults and two small children and all the gear needed for a day at the beach. Even those who were in good shape found it to be hard walking through the terrain. With carrying children and dragging beach carts full of gear, it was almost too much and sadly limited our time spent on the beach. That in and of itself would keep us from going back to the area. It would be our recommendation that Windmark put in a wood boardwalk directly to the beach to alleviate this issue.
