In the district of Kapfing 1.5 km from the centre of Fügen, in a quiet, sunny position, 6 km from the lake, 1.7 km from the skiing area, in the countryside. For shared use: large, beautiful, well-kept garden. In the house: lounge, WiFi, sauna (all included), storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant, bakery 300 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Kapfing Dorf" 400 m, railway station "Kapfing Bahnhaltestelle" 450 m, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool 700 m, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fügen" 700 m, bathing lake "Schlitterer See" 6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km, cycle lane 50 m, ski lift 1.5 km, gondola lift 1.7 km, ski bus stop 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Spieljochbahn Fügen 1.7 km, Hochzillertal-Hochfügen Kaltenbach 5 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Additional accommodations can be booked.
