Unit comes with brand new furniture (this can change from unit to unit hence why it is not pictured - message us with your needs), beds, couches, smart TV, appliances, plates/pots, towels/linens, etc. Locally owned and operated with staff on call. We are Kodiak Properties LLC - a locally owned "ma and pa" real estate investment company founded by area native, Kyleigh Haynes, on her personal quest for higher-end rentals. We treat our guests like family, offering up recommendations within the area and taking on any special requests you may have for your stay. We are pet and kid friendly, Better Business Bureau accredited, and a portion of our profits are donated to local children, animal, veteran, and first responder charities. You won't find a cleaner or more professional long-term stay around.

Southern Park Mall is a huge and very popular mall with every store you can think of, car rental places are nearby, Escape Room, bowling, kids activities, hundreds of restaurants, bars, movie theaters, shopping, Wal-Mart, Lowe’s, Best Buy, Dick’s Sporting Goods, small businesses, Covelli center concert venue and Stambaugh stadium are nearby as well as Youngstown State University and St.E's hospital. Literally anything you can think of is within a 5-10 minute drive. We provide a welcome guide with more details on all of this to ensure your stay is as fun, convenient, comfortable, and memorable as possible.

We have our own free, covered parking. There are car rental places just around the corner as well as Uber, Lyft, city buses, and occasionally Yellow Cab taxis. Restaurants are only a few minutes up the road so if you wish to save on transportation, most places deliver right to the condo. DoorDash and UberEats also deliver.
