Cozy country bungalow that’s inviting yet modern, and comfortable offering many amenities such as wifi and air conditioning for the summer months. Bedrooms are small yet well appointed and offer a great place to relax comfortably while offering lamps with extra plugs and USB connectivity to charge all of your handheld electronic devices. One bathroom with tub and shower combination and vanity, full kitchen that includes basic appliances including microwave and coffee pot, dining area with a small desk and workspace area to get some work done and a cozy living room to relax featuring a smart TV with local channels and easy access to all of your subscriptions such as Netflix or Amazon video and more. You will also enjoy fantastic audio with the Bose Sound bar and or sit back and relax watching a movie you brought on your trip with the blue ray player. Enjoy a large backyard with farm scenery and also a front porch with several Adirondack chairs to relax and visit with friends and family. The property has easy local access to several nearby interstates to get to nearby cities of interest such as Boardman or Youngstown where you can find nearby Mercy Health Hospitals, Youngstown State University, The Youngstown Business Incubator and Mill Creek Park. Also, the bungalow is a great place to visit on the fall as you can enjoy fall harvest time. While we harvest on our farm usually in October, you can also enjoy other close by family farms offering enjoyable fall activities for all, from hay rides to corn mazes to even shopping for beautiful mums and pumpkins from the patch! Visit and support local Molnar Farms, Maze Craze and or Whitehouse Fruit Farm where you are bound to find an exciting fall activity that everyone in your group will enjoy all while supporting local family owned agricultural businesses.

The bungalo was the perfect weekend getaway and the host was very attentive with any concerns I had. One of the best I've stayed in!

Close to Garwood Arena

We were able to get to Garwood Arena in a short, 15 minute drive. Very convenient and cozy.

Nice little bungalow

Stayed here during the level 1 aqha horse show at Garwood arena. Was about 15 minutes to arena. Everything you need is supplied. Enjoyed my stay here.

Fantastic!

We came for our high school reunion. The house was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. We loved the big recliners! It was close to everything, yet nicely secluded. We could not have been happier with it!! Thank you, Kyle!

Flexible

We were in a very unique situation that required last minute travel and flexibility regarding the length of our stay. Kyle was amazing and worked with us. Things did not go as planned, but this house gave a sense of home and comfort during a stressful time. It was clean and cozy!

Between Pittsburgh and Cleveland and Loved it!

Hadn’t seen a dear friend in over five years because of Covid and life in general. Tried to find a place between Pittsburgh and Cleveland. Booked Kyle‘s home. We loved every minute of it! Thoroughly enjoyed the front porch, a comfortable dining area where we had dinner and breakfast two mornings, and the comfortable country surroundings. I didn’t think there would be much to do in the area, but I have to suggest you visit Molnar Farms as well as The Mill Creek Park system. We managed to keep ourselves far more busy than we anticipated on our only full day together. And we loved every minute of it. Enjoyed a delicious dinner at Carmella’s Cafe. It’s less than a mile away, and we could’ve walked there, but I think we were too full to have walked back “home”. And it did feel like home when we returned last night. I highly recommend a stay here regardless of the purpose! Kyle was a wonderful host!

Shopping weekend

We loved this house. It was very comfortable. The furniture allowed for a very relaxing weekend. The kitchen was well equipped and Kyle had bottled water and snacks waiting for us. My daughters and I shopped which was not far away and ate at some delicious restaurants. We would not hesitate to come back!!!

I’d give it 6 stars if I could!

This bungalow was perfect for a few friends to get together for around the area. It’s perfect for a few people, offered tons of hiking, walking trails, National parks, Pittsburgh, Cleveland all within 1 hour. What sets it apart from other rentals was the care and attention to comforts. I found the stocking of the house to be more generous than some other places I’ve stayed and at no extra cost. We enjoyed the fire pit and the front porch to relax. Such a great place!

5-day family vacation

This home has a lot of TLC put into it and is nicely decorated and inviting. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. Furniture is all new. Beds were comfortable. Kyle checked on us numerous times to be sure we had all that we needed and was very responsive to our special requests which included the purchase of a grill! We would recommend to friends and would stay here again when in the area.

I feel I have a great cozy bungalow with a country feel but it’s also yet in close proximity of pretty much everything one may need with just a short car ride. The home is located in a safe, private and quiet location and offers private access and driveway separate of the main family farm homestead. The space can provide a much needed retreat when you need to relax and just get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Also, if your visiting the area for work the small home also will offer a comfortable place to unwind after a days work or the home can also offer the space needed to work remotely with access to high speed internet and a small work desk.

The farm is a beautiful place I'm blessed to call home and I couldn’t be more proud of my roots here, our family farm has been here for well over 150 years and with great honor the farm has been distinguished as a sesquicentennial farm by the Ohio Department of Agriculture. I would love to invite you to come and visit and experience it for yourself. It would be an honor and my pleasure to host you here for a stay at the farm while you are visiting Youngstown, Ohio and the surrounding area.
