- The middle floor has two queen beds, a full bathroom, along with an open kitchen, and a hang-out room with stunning natural light.
- The bottom floor has two bedrooms with two queen-sized beds in each room, a pull-out couch, and a family media room with a TV and Xbox.
- The pool house offers a fun hang-out space with a pull-out couch and TV.
