The 2 guest bedrooms share a separate hall bath which is also the cabana bath to the pool area. Features a single vanity and walk in shower.

Sliders in the dining room lead to the beautiful screened in lanai with inground heated pool. (80 degrees year round) Seating for 9 under the covered porch with ceiling fans.
We also have a beautiful outdoor grilling and seating area under the palm trees for shade in a private fenced in backyard. (need to update pictures just completed the fence in December)
Guest will have access to the 2 car garage, but please no parking in the garage.
There is an extra fridge/freezer, utility sink, beach chairs, cooler, high chair, broom, vacuum and step stool located there. There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.
There is also an indoor laundry room with new washer and dryer.
