This six-star estate sits on the Snake River & Keystone River Golf Course, offers tremendous views & boasts 8 King master suites. Our 9th bedroom is a flex space for additional sleeping (perfect for kids w/ 5 twin beds + twin over full bunk). Things to note:
☀️ Summertime - It is important to note that Mountain homes and Condos in Colorado do not have Central Air Conditioning.
😎 The good news is, the nights are always cool (average between 45-55 degrees), and therefore our Mountain homes can be kept cool by opening windows, running ceiling fans and our provided stand alone fans in each bedroom, and by welcoming the fresh Mountain air in :)
