Effie Oasis: Enjoy a peaceful 2-bedroom home on 40 acres.
Welcome to our freshly remodeled cabin nestled into 40 beautiful acres of Aspen, Balsam, and Spruce forest. Unplug from technology and enjoy wandering our 2 miles of trails, curl up with a book on the oversized furniture, or play a game with the family at the kitchen table. Cap off the evening with a bonfire and some steaks on the grill! Remodeled in 2021!
Other things to note:
- Large driveway, plenty of room to park an RV, Boat, ATV UTV or Snowmobile Trailer.
- State snowmobile trails are only a couple miles away.
-Well behaved dogs are welcome in home, but not on furniture or beds. There is a $50 pet fee. Please be sure to include the pet in your booking.
-Enjoy access to entire home and trails throughout the property, except for a handful of cupboards we have locked. (Garage not available.)
-Weber charcoal grill available. Please bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid.
-The home is not air conditioned, however it stays relatively cool, and there are ceiling fans throughout the home.
- There is no wifi service at the property.
-Screen porch to slip away from the bugs when they come out.
-Large private yard for a game of catch!

-Open concept floorplan, great for spending time together as a group!
-Deep tub for relaxing bubble baths
-No internet! Yes, really. When we spend time here, we look forward to unplugging and being present with each other and the space we're in. (Service for your phone may come in and out, we usually can send and receive texts if patient. The Effie Cafe is 5 minutes away and has service you can tap into.)
