The Everson is perfectly located to all sporting and civic events in the Glendale/Peoria area. Enter through an iron gated courtyard with a beautiful fountain, plants, flowers and vines, which is the focal point of the home. 4 bdrms, 4 baths and a large game room with pool table, ping pong, basketball hoop, arcade console and large TV! The backyard is extremely private! Heated pool (extra charge), fruit trees, outdoor living and dining with a BBQ and plenty of space for families. The Everson is the perfect place to stay when attending Cardinals games, the Phoenix Open, concerts, MLB spring training and all other sporting and civic events. Excellent Get-A-Way

We had my granddaughter's 5th birthday, including a mermaid in the pool. Absolutely perfect accommodations, the4 bedrooms/bathrooms were ideal and kitchen island a focal point! Would definitely recommend!

Great bridal shower property!

This was a great property for my daughter's bridal shower weekend - beautiful setting, nice amenities, wonderful backyard space. The bedrooms were a little hot and noise carries easily in this house. Had a lot of flying, biting insects inside (some sort of gnat) but that was probably our fault with doors open too much going in and out. Overall a very nice weekend was had by all.

Sibling weekend with 95 year old mom.

This home was beautiful and clean with large, sunny rooms. It was a perfect size for our family and only a mile from moms house. We’ll definitely stay here again when the time comes.

Amazing Property - Book this place!

Staying at the Everson was everything we had hoped for and more. I am originally from Peoria but no longer live in the state. I’m pregnant and my best friends wanted to throw me a baby shower so we booked the everson for the event and to stay in. We had such a magical time where all the people I loved most in the world were all under one roof. Myself, my husband, best friend, my dad and my mom and stepdad all stayed here. We all had our own spaces and had a great time because of it. It can be dicey with that many people under the same roof, who normally don’t spend that much time together, but we were in a beautiful setting, had our own spaces, and had a great time because of it. The everson is the perfect location for an event. The house itself is a beauty and you only need minimal decorations to play to your theme and enhance the beauty. I highly recommend the everson and will be booking here again the next time our large group gets together.

I chose this property for many reasons: the courtyard and stone fountain which are the focal point to many rooms and windows in this house. The vaulted ceilings and archways within the house and the large half acre lot upon which it sits. The backyard is everything! Large Oleanders and palm trees create privacy, raised vegetable garden, chicken coop, huge swimming pool and fruit trees. A beautiful oasis.
