This luxury house is designed for comfort and relaxation. The open-plan living area features high ceilings and large windows that flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere.

The living room is the perfect place to unwind, with plush furnishings, a queen sized sofa bed, and a flat-screen TV for you to sign into your favorite streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Prime, etc.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of cookware and utensils.

The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, with plush bedding and plenty of storage space. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with comfortable queen-size beds, and the final bedroom has two bunkbeds. Additionally, the house features three bathrooms, a game room with Ping pong table, Shuffle board foosball and more!

Host was excellent communicating with us from the time of check in to any concerns we had. The home was amazing. Cute, cozy, updated, and very comfortable. Pool was heated and worked great for my grown kids. Lots of time in the backyard hanging out. The dock itself was awesome for my fam to kill some time fishing. It was great fishing for us! All in all, I would rent from here again when visiting Tampa.

Beautiful home, amazing stay

This house is gorgeous and comes just as advertised. The host is extremely attentive and responsive. This was an awesome stay for my friends and I. I would highly recommend this property. The host asked for feedback and I couldn’t even think of a way to improve the property.

Mosquitos, flies and tiny bugs.

The inside was as pictured but had flies, we couldn’t find the origin. All of the bedding and towels had bad smell like they were not washed. Outside was nasty, filthy concrete, screens, bugs and mosquitoes everywhere, inside of screens. Pool was not great, heater didn’t work, pump wasn’t running, we cleaned as well as we could, we used the hose and a broom to wash patio area and windows. Old broken pool toys, old grill, kayaks holding old water, walkway to the dock is broken and unsafe, the grass was overgrown. It’s a shame because the inside is really nice, I wonder why we paid a cleaning fee and spent the first day cleaning. I do not recommend this house.

1st time stay

Not our original choice as we had a prior host cancel within 72 hrs of our original booking. Nice neighborhood/community on the water with direct access from private dock. Stairs were not secure, however host ensures they will be fixed for next renters. Upon arrival easy entry access, home is pretty with recent updates. Bedrooms are spacious. Large TVs in all rooms, except where bunkbeds are. Would reccomend a TV in there as well, not as large. Garage converted to game room with window unit AC. Very warm and musky - found water soaked rug by closed garage door which could be the culprit. Arcade did not originally work, grass was very high, dirty pan was left in the oven, broken floats left by the pool, cigarette butts found poolside and in the yard Pool is quite large and deep, however needs to be updated - resurfaced, fixing cracks around edges and fixing the pool light. The host was very gracious, accomodating, and attentive to our concerns - correcting most of the issues. Im sure all things will be addressed before the next renters as we were the first to book this property. Slightly over priced for what we encountered and experienced. Overall, our family had a good time and enjoyed our stay.
