It was a nice home. However, there were a few things which were not acceptable or even sanitary. The pots in the kitchen are in bad shape (aluminum coming off), laundry washer had mold in knob, bbq was dirty, and the pool was yellow. VRBO rating for this house was not correct.

Hi Terry. We are sorry you feel the home was in bad shape. We will take a look at the pots and pans and get those updated. I will also check the laundry knob, not sure what you mean but we will look again because we didn't find anything. The BBQ is not dirty, and it is used constantly. The Florida weather wears on all outside furniture, and these built in BBQ kitchens. The rust is not avoidable with the salt air down here and is a common thing on all stainless steel. All we can do is help try and maintain it, but the rust is inevitable. The swimming pool was cleaned the day before you arrived. It you thought it was dirty while you were there, I wish you would have reached out to me and let me know. This is why I offer concierge service and mentioned to you to reach out to me directly with any issues or concerns you may have. I always have everything rectified within the hour if there is a complaint or problem. This is one of our desirable homes that is rented quite often. So again, we are sorry to hear you weren't satisfied. Next time, I advise you reach out to your property manager and have your issues attended to. We hope you have better luck in the near future. Lovely house. It is nicely decorated with all of the amenities we needed. The location is very convenient to multiple beaches and the pool area is great for just hanging at home. Jennifer was super responsive to all of our questions and check in was easy.

We had 4 adults, 5 kids, and a small puppy and we were very comfortable. The outdoor seating area at the pool is excellent. The kids had an absolute blast in the pool. The home was stunning and was in a great location. We went between three different beaches. The kids also loved using the bikes. The beds were comfortable and the entire home appears to be new. We will definitely be back!

This was a perfect house for our spring break stay - family of 6 with 3 adult children and a teenager! The weather didn’t cooperate for many beach days, but we enjoyed watching basketball outdoors while relaxing on the patio and swimming in the heated pool! We will be back for another stay! :)

Great house with all the amenities needed for our stay. The four adult bikes, kids bike and pull behind strollers were great additions. Loaded up the beach chairs and cooler and rode to the beach a few times!

the pool was fine but the lounge chairs are falling apart and the grill needs some attention. Also the couch in the house needs updating as well. It would be nice to have the low beach chairs or lounge chairs so you can lay out near the pool.

Effortless Fun

Home is nicely done. Proximity to beach is great; rode the bikes there. Everything from the grocery, to places to eat are very close. House is very clean and for kids is an excellent choice because of the pool and toys available for use. It even had everything we needed for an eight month old. Perfect stay.

Beautiful Naples Park Home

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and comfortable home. It was tastefully decorated and had all the amenities you would want in a beach vacation home. The pool and outdoor gathering space are lovely. The open floor plan in the living room and kitchen provides plenty of space for gathering indoors. We were very happy with our time there.

Naples Trip

This property was wonderful! Very clean, modern and updated. The pool and outdoor area were great for hanging out. The only negative was the construction happening on the street- the whole road was torn up. It was very loud and disruptive to our group, but that would likely not be an ongoing issue once the road was complete. Overall, a nice house and great location!

LOVED IT!

Beautiful house! Nice neighborhood! Well stocked kitchen!! High chairs, pack n plays, wagon, etc. for families with children. Really nice pool, but not much room to "lay out" in the sun. Great communication. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful home for a weekend stay!

This home was absolutely gorgeous! The entire home and backyard were designed thoughtfully. We were here with our family, and it was extremely comfortable for 5+ adults. The pool is gorgeous, and the seating area was really shady. The netting kept the bugs away and let us eat dinner outside every night while watching the TV outside. The host was awesome and was always around if we had questions. The house itself was amazing, and the proximity to the beach was so easy! Just a one mile walk or drive. 5/5 stars!
