Enjoy great entertaining space - your unique retreat features a backyard paradise with a private saltwater pool and attached pool spa. Sip pre-dinner drinks under the charming grape vine-covered pergola, and play a game of cornhole while dinner sizzles on the gas grill. When you’re ready to eat, dine on the spacious redwood deck and admire the dazzling views.

Spanning two levels, a chic interior offers an inviting upstairs living area with a smart TV; streaming is available using your account. A full kitchen showcases granite countertops, maple cabinets, and upscale stainless steel appliances.

Find each well-appointed bedroom downstairs. The primary suite wows with a sleek en suite bathroom with a double vanity, a large walk-in shower with skylights and bench seating, and direct access to the pool area. A den with a wood stove provides additional sleeping space with two daybeds with trundles. Glass doors open to a screened porch - a perfect perch amid the trees!

This home is close to wine tasting and Michelin-star dining. Nearby attractions include downtown Cloverdale (2.2 miles), Dry Creek Valley (12.8 miles), Russian River (17.9 miles), Healdsburg (19.9 miles), and Alexander Valley (25.2 miles).

Please note, home is tri-level and there are stairs between the floors.

The pool is not heated.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Wonderful wine country get away for three couples. Well appointed, clean older home with a wonderful view clean spa and pool. Recommend as a great Alexander Valley place to stay for exploring world class wineries.

Beautiful location - great outdoor space!

We absolutely loved the outdoor space. Pool was great, did not feel that he needed additional heating that other guests complained of. I believe we hit it at the right time of year. Great shaded area for guests to sit and hang out. House had all the accommodations/amenities for hosting small gathering. Very comfortable stay and glad to have the AC during summer as it gets quite hot in Cloverdale. Beds were very comfortable. Main floor had a bit of wet dog smell, but overall very clean. Since they are pet friendly, kind of expected. Driveway leading up to house is single lane road, which splits off to another home. Wouldn't want to have to backup due to car coming, because there is no room to pull over. Reached out to Customer Service over one question, and they were quick to respond. Overall great experience! Would definitely stay here again.

MOST AMAZING TRIP EVER

THE photos are 100% accurate! Most BEAUTIFUL home and pool ever! SO clean, SO perfect, i felt like i was staying in a mansion w/ a gorgeous pool and hot tub !!! I can not say ENOUGH about the level of guest service - i had questions about how to operate things -- i texted the # i was given and they answered every Q and also texted to f/u later! They CARE SO MUCH about your satisfaction!! I must have been 1 of 100 clients they were dealing w/ but my family felt like we were the ONLY one bc of how much they cared - my quetsions NEVER annoyed them, they were happy to help me understand how to enjoy everything in the home ! Pool, hot tub, most comfortable GIANT couch to lounge around on at the end of our day, gigantic wide screen TV with all kinds of apps to watch movies and youtube videos, giant dining room table for dinner, and board games, mattresses and pillows were PERFECT. 3 floors!! EVERY room looked like "the master bedroom" .. and the master bathroom was ridiculous, you could fit 5 people in there! everything was so clean, i didn't want to leave and i will be back. it was 25 min from "Kordi Creek" (a GREAT safe and secluded lake to swim in all day - so hot, the next 3 days we stayed at the pool and LOVED it - toys for the pools even !) GREAT restaurants 12 min away: Papa Johns Pizza, Hamburger ranch, but this house's KITCHEN WAS HUGE i LOVED cooking in it !!! it had everything i needed (and MORE)

Fabulous family vacation spot

Despite a couple irritations this place was amazing! The pictures don't do it justice. There was plenty of room for 8 of us and we probably could have fit several more people if it was needed. The outside areas are just fantastic. Yes the pool is cold but on a 102 day it was great. The spa was our favorite place. If they could heat the pool it would make things perfect. If the temperature outside dropped below 95 I don't think we would have enjoyed it as much. The location was perfect for wine tasting and only 1 hour from beaches. Local stores had everything we needed. If the price didn't jump so high from what we booked this trip for, we definitely would have made another trip there this year.

Great wine country views and backyard/pool!

This place is awesome, we spent most of the time at the pool or on the top deck overlooking the valley. Short trip into town for supplies if needed. Very secluded, lots of privacy. The mattresses were super nice, Tempurpedic too. Kitchen was locked with everyhing needed to cook. Lots of mosquitoes in June, but would definitely go back again!

Relaxing Retreat

We came up for a long weekend getaway with two other couples and all brought our babies - the house was ready upon arrival, had all the amenities provided, kitchen well stocked to cook our meals, plenty of towels. Most of our time was spent playing games in the dining area, watching tv/movies on the big screen, and enjoying the hot tub. Highly recommend and looking forward to returning!

Lovely stay but mislead about jacuzzi!

The house is lovey! When we arrived they had not warmed the home it was quite cold inside. The jacuzzi never worked even after we called and Jake came out and assured us he was familiar with the issue! The water remained frigid and the jacuzzi was unusable. Jake was a very nice guy but still no jacuzzi. There were also spider webs in some cabinets and windows.

Nice property - poor communication

I am writing to you to express my disappointment with the rental property that my friends and I recently rented from Vacasa. We had high expectations for our stay, but unfortunately, we encountered several issues during our time there that made our experience far less than satisfactory. The primary issue we faced was that the WiFi never worked, thereof also making the hot tub defunct. Despite our best efforts to get them working we were unable to do so. We spent much time and effort calling for assistance with these issues, were told that the “local team” was on the way…and that never happened. This had a significant impact on our enjoyment of the property. The WiFi was essential for us to stay connected to work and family, as well as to enjoy any video entertainment — none of which we could do. Further, the hot tub was a major reason why we chose the property in the first place. We understand that technical issues can happen, but we the lack of response and false information from your company in addressing the issues was unacceptable. We reported the issues immediately, but no action was taken to rectify them, and we were left to deal with the problems ourselves and a house that didn’t have the the amenities As a result, we are requesting a full refund for the rental property. We believe that we did not receive the full value of our money due to the defective amenities, and we feel that it is only fair that we are compensated accordingly. Please let us know how we can proceed with this matter. We would appreciate a prompt response so that we can resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Nice house in private location

The house is clean and the main living area and kitchen have been updated nicely. The bathrooms are somewhat dated but clean and functional. The bedrooms are nice and the beds and pillows are great. The backyard is really well done. We didn’t use the pool because it wasn’t heated and unfortunately the jacuzzi was broken. This is the only reason I didn’t give it five stars. We weren’t notified until the day we were checking in that the jacuzzi wouldn’t be available, and this was the primary reason we chose this house. But overall we really liked it and and would stay there again.

Private and Well-Equipped Home

A beautiful property hidden in the hills above Alexander Valley. We appreciated the excess of kitchen, bathroom and linen amenities. All the beds were soft and comfortable. We enjoyed meals overlooking the vineyards and games in the pool. Our dog had an especially good time running around the fenced backyard. I hope to stay there again and get more use out of the spa and basketball hoop!
