Nice 6-Bedroom Villa
This review is for 2 different villas.
To accommodate our group we rented a 6-bedroom villa and a 4-bedroom villa that was just across the road.
We loved staying at the 6-bedroom villa. The owner, Jason, was professional, organized, friendly and accommodating.
The villa was clean and was kept clean as we opted for the optional housekeeping.
There is 24-hour security on the gated property and all the staff was very friendly.
The 4-bedroom villa was nice and clean as well, but the property manager, Jack, was a rude prick.
He did not bother communicating with us to provide check-in instructions. We did not know where the villa was located or how to access it. We had to contact him for this information.
When we reported problems with one of the air-conditioning units he actually began yelling at me over the phone.
Jack is not professional and I cannot recommend renting the 4-bedroom villa until he is replaced.
