Beachcomber Paradise is situated in a beautiful and quiet, gated neighborhood. Featuring 5 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and pool with enclosure!

Other things to note
Depending on the days of the week you are staying at Beachcomber Paradise, you may experience general maintenance workers around the exterior of the property that may include, lawn, pool, or utility service workers.

Additionally, the Property Manager will provide you with instruction for ensuring the waste and recycle containers are taken to the roadside on their assigned pick-up days.

Anytime there is an issue that a repair professional needs to enter the property during your stay, the property manager will provide you with details. This type of situation is rare.

There are 2 security cameras located on the front of the garage and the front of the home by entrance. This is for your safety and security.

Although this home has a beautiful view of the water, the pond is not accessible to guests. Please be aware of wildlife.

We stayed here for the weekend with a group of family and friends. Everything was just as it was in the listing. It was a perfect place for our gathering. Plenty of room for 13 adults. Communication with the host was great. Definitely recommend and will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and relaxing

This home was absolutely beautiful! Tons of room, super relaxing and quiet neighborhood, very well stocked and super clean. It's location is great for getting to Shell Point, Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. My family and I will definitely rent this house again when we come to Florida!

Family vacation

Great house…perfect location!

We had a great stay for in Ft Meyers. House was perfect…great location to SuperTarget and restaurants, grocery stores. We were in town for a 15U baseball tournament and the house was a great fit for the kids and Dads that came along. Two bunk beds in the 5th room was great! Pool was great, grill and all kitchen was set Host was great! Highly recommend!!

Exceeded Expectations

This property was conveniently located near Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel. There were 7 of us for a long “girls” weekend and we were all very comfortable staying here. Nice quiet neighborhood and we felt safe in the gated community. The property was very clean and tastefully decorated. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Family Vacation

This is a beautiful home in a great gated community. We did Spring Break with our family. Everybody enjoyed the pool! Lots of pool toys. Nice pool area. Great kitchen with everything we needed to prepare meals. Close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The property manager was attentive and responsive to our needs. Thank you we had a wonderful time with family.

Great place!

We had a great stay with three kids and 4 adults. We had a small snag and noticed our bed frame was broken. We called our host to let them know not expecting someone to come the same day for a repair! We will definitely be coming back!

Perfect vacation spot

This house was super clean and very well stocked with necessities to make a week away relaxing and enjoyable. The location is close to Fort Myers beach, Sanibel, local grocery stores and my favorite store - Target. It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood where your kids can safely go for walks. The pool was a great size for our family of 7 and the house provided floats, some toys and hours of entertainment. The bathrooms were large and we had ample towels, wash cloths and other necessities. The garage has sand toys, a cooler and chairs for the beach. I highly highly recommend this property and we can’t wait to return in the future to enjoy the beautiful property.

Outstanding House and Community

Property and neighborhood were more then outstanding. Residence was clean and everything was in working order. Heated pool was clean and warm. Rooms were all spacious and the kitchen appliances were all stainless and in good working order. Full size washer and dryer both looked new. Yard and community grounds were well kept. The gated community was great for taking walks. Communication with the owner was fast, accurate and very nice and professional. I have stayed at over 40 rental properties do not hesitate to spend your hard earned money hear. You will definitely get what you pay for. All around 100% positive experience.
