Enter on the middle level of this 3 story country home to the nicely furnished living room with gas fireplace, stereo, and great back deck with refreshing woodsy views and gas grill (summer only). Dining table for 8, 4 kitchen counter stools, and nice tile and stone kitchen attached to living room. Full bath and 2 bedrooms also on mid level: one with 2 Twin beds, one with a Queen.

Upstairs, master bedroom with Queen sleigh bed and full bath, plus balcony. Downstairs den with gas fireplace, TV/DVD/VHS, leather couch and full futon, plus back door. Partially private sleeping area with double bed and bathroom. Parking for 4 cars. No smoking please.

•QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9PM TO 8AM. NO NOISE SHALL BE HEARD ACROSS PROPERTY LINES. NO OUTDOOR SPEAKERS OR AMPLIFIED SOUND ARE TO BE USED AT ANY TIME.
•PARKING IS LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING NUMBER OF SPACES: 4 - STREET PARKING IS PROHIBITED YEAR-ROUND.
