This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home includes a bonus room as an office. If you need to work while traveling, we have the setup for you!

The home is a great launching point for activities around Tampa Bay as it is close from Tampa, Clearwater, St Petersburg and the surrounding islands. It is right on the water, so you can either take a kayak to visit the nearby waterways, or pull up a boat to dock at the property and explore. Don't forget your fishing rod as the fishing is fantastic in the area.

The home offers enough space for the whole family, with 2 brand new king beds and a bunk bed. Also available is a Pack n Play for babies.

Perfect for us

Location is amazing. Corner lot with access to deep canal channel on each side. Just a short ride down the canal to beautiful stilt houses, islands and sandbars. The host was super gracious - best we’ve ever seen and even drove over to let us use the local boat dock to expedite the need to leave ahead of weather. The space is open and the rooms are nice. I especially liked the office room as it was a working vacation for me. We’ll be back without doubt.

Family Scalloping Getaway

This house is definitely an Oasis! The home is lovely and very spacious! The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you will need to cook a gourmet meal. We had great communication with the owners and they went above and beyond other VRBO homeowners. They were kind enough to open the neighborhood boat ramp for us to put our boat in the water. Our friends stayed a couple of houses down and they launched out of Nick's Park which is a 5 to 8 minute drive to north of house. We are already looking forward to our next stay with our family and will definitely recommend to all of our family and friends. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us! Dianne

The accommodations and location were outstanding! The host provided everything you could possibly need Everything was pretty and well maintained. The property was well updated. The biggest problem we had was there was no floating dock which can be difficult for boaters because of the tide. Also it was quite a distance to use the public ramps. We called about access to the neighborhood ramp, but the host wasn’t available to open it. We were never clear if the host really had association membership and ramp use as was advertised with the rental.
