Great location, excellent home design, and thoughtful amenities. We stayed for two weeks over Christmas and could not have asked for better accommodations. Will definitely stay again and highly recommended. Great, responsive hosts, too.

We had a great stay! The home was very well appointed and had a great floor plan. We loved kayaking in the mangroves near the house and spending relaxing afternoons on the beautifully landscaped patio. Owners were very responsive to any questions and provided great recommendations for fun things to do. We would definitely stay again.

House was very spacious and clean. Mornings with tea on the deck was fabulous. Very quiet neighborhood. We were close enough to the beach and dining options and grocery stores and far enough away to feel like we were actually on vacation. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to this area. Communication was excellent with the host.

We are a German & Persian-Canadian couple and moved to Florida in 2014 and live mainly in Gainesville, FL. We love New Port Richey, and decided to buy a home near the Gulf. After extensive renovations, we now want to share this true coastal gem with respectful guests.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

The neighborhood, our neighbors, nature, wild life, and the entire area are phenomenal.

この宿泊施設の特徴

In summary, the combination of coastal flair, abundant marine wildlife (Dolphins, pelicans, and manatees can be seen occasionally from our seawall), and a friendly neighborhood makes this property a truly unique and desirable place to stay. With some luck, you may see a space rocket flying over the property.
